The openness is extremely true. I believe during the draft I was literally asking the other GMs who I should pick at certain positions. I don't think any of us really care about "winning", just making sure we set up a nice place for new players.
Also, I don't ever want to be an NSFL GM again. so make that 11 GM prospects.

And yeah, it's a good balance. I know I want to win, and am not alone, but there does appear to be more desire to teach and keep things competitive, and I hope to see more players, ESPECIALLY players interested in GMing or just being part of team strategy, benefit from that.
