*Why the DSFL is flawed: A Rant

Some great points from all of you.  My two cents is that 3 mandatory seasons in the DSFL would be a bit much.  People want to be able to compete in the top league, and having to wait 3 months ish irl to do that might make user's activity wane.

I would rather play and compete in the DSFL than sit the bench and be subbed in for 1 formation in NSFL. Playing and being productive is exciting and excitement should retain activity. I am probably an extreme but I can say with certainty that if I hadn't been waived by the Otters (or any team) for S2, there is less than 1% chance I would have remained active and developed my player for the 3+ weeks leading up to the S3 draft. The DSFL is a great idea to keep people active. Our struggle now is there aren't enough players to supplement the DSFL teams yet.
