They were free agents, so I should be able to resign them normally prior to free agency just as any NSFL team can, I should not have to risk inactives that were not on an NSFL team last season. They were on the last year of their contracts. DSFL teams that signed free agents that were inactive should be able to resign them normally, just as an NSFL team has that same right
