Not sure how much I agree with the whole giving up picks thing, but teams absolutely shouldn't be allowed to RFA tag the same player consecutively

I feel like ANY rule on picks is gonna suck because pick value varies WILDLY season to season. Example: Would you rather give up the #8 this year or the #20 next year?

Maybe it should be a cap thing?
