I'm actually pretty aware of what happened thanks to Bly's write up this morning; it just also seems like the sort of thing that could be included in this type of article, if the author were so inclined.

As it is, my guess is that the author didn't know about all of this before he wrote the article, and that's perfectly ok, too.
