Noble Ruling

So before I post this I wanna say that we're sitting beside each other right now.

-Shortly after Noble had been informed that his bank account would not reset upon recreation of his player, the user dustyatters joined the site.

And yet I'm still going to be posting articles and using contract money to make a position change? I was planning to stay active and write things to earn back money... I was told that I may be heading to a team that peaked my interest in the league which is why I decided not to recreate for the S5 class.

-Within 3 hours of creation of a player, user dustyatters had: A ) created a 5000 word article detailing, with almost intimate knowledge, the entire DSFL season, history, and a full draft recap, B ) purchased all of his S4 pro gear, and C ) created an astonishingly perfect player update page.

It's helpful to be able to click the DSFL Index page and see the entire DSFL season and history. Also I was in the class so it wasn't hard to just look at the draft and write about. I purchased pro gear because it was available to me, and I copy pasted the Example Player Page...

-User dustyatters being able to immediately start a role as updater, despite being this being his first league.

Me being hired at a position doesn't mean I'm a multi?

-The users dustyatters and Noble are always online withing 10 minutes of each other.

We share two periods at school together, and both play senior volleyball so our schedules line up perfectly, but Carson hasn't even been on the site much lately because he was waiting to see if the trade mentioned above would fall through.

-When confronted, user dustyatters gave a response similar to previous excuses used in other leagues where user Noble is a known multi-er (best friend and/or neighbor who happens to share classes where they are provided computers) in addition to providing explanations for unasked questions.

The only person who falls under this is Cameron, Jepox who has stayed active in the SHL, done podcasts and proven time and time again that he's not me.

-User dustyatters listing his recruitment as being from r/Madden then changing his story upon questioning.

This is because Carson told me I would be questioned if I listed him as my recruit, and because I didn't want to give away personal information and this would place me in Saskatoon.

-Finally, while user dustyatters was signed up for the site under a specific IP address, he has been seen posting with the identical IP as user Noble.

This identical IP address would be 1) his house 2) our school or 3) my house. I don't see what's so wrong about this, and we have posted in the Same IP address thread now.

all of these are wonderful statements (that im sure are lies) that could MAYBE get away with if this was your first offense and not your 7th
