This man is a genius.  But seriously, this has become a big problem league wide.  My suggestion that is easier on the graders is that the one posting has to take the first 50% of the payout.  From there, the additional collaborators could split the rest.  Podcasts could be split evenly based on who is participating since that is easier to determine. Just my .02

Yeah, your proposal cuts down on exploitation with far less grader demand, so it isn't a bad compromise.
