Maybe a question needs to be added to character creation: Do you share an IP address with anyone in the league? If so, let us know who and how you know them. That user can then be added to the existing list, but it would require the person to be upfront about it coming in.

This is exactly what should happen. 100%.

On the topic of Dusty. This whole thing affects me as a Co-GM of the Blues who drafted him. When scouting players, I never once thought that any player could be a cheater. I give them the benefit of the doubt. I didn't have the time to vet every new player in suspicion of whether they could be cheaters. I just looked at position, stat distribution and their TPE earning since joining. No scouting PMs were sent because it's the DSFL. It's basically a showcase so people can prove their salt before joining the NSFL. When I saw Dusty got a league job, I thought "Damn, we got a steal. The dude is gonna be fire for us this season."

I'll admit that I was swung by the initial evidence. I was convinced that Noble was Dusty but as it's been said and shown, there IS reasonable doubt, and I like to rely on the same judicial reasoning that a court uses, innocent until proven guilty.

What would help, though, would be for BOTH of them to be on at the same time, at different locations, and have voice chats with HO members simultaneously, and HO members ask questions that would determine if Kyle is indeed Dusty or just a friend trying to validate Noble's lies.
