All of this. We have the IP thread to 100% prevent this from being an issue. I cannot fathom that the existence of this thread, its purpose, or the consequences of not using it was in any way unclear to Noble. People who are completely new to sim leagues have found it just fine.

The fact that they did not post the conflict prior to being confronted is a huge red flag to me. It tells me that it was intentionally being ignored to hide something. Allowing him to continue completely invalidates the purpose of having the same IP thread.

This is a very valid point. Especially since Noble at one time was a member of the HO. If anyone know the rules, it would be a former Commissioner.

When I created, I was at BWestfield's house and the FIRST thing he did was post in the IP thread. So, it does seem odd that Carson would fail to do this. Or that Kyle, who grasped this forum so quickly, somehow never saw the thread at all to post in it.
