Draxel has been worse than last year, which I did not count on. I mean, his O line and receiving corps improved. So did defenses, though. Oh well. The logic was two-pronged for us. On one hand, we figured there would be new QB creates every season, and it would eventually be cheap to get one. Also, we were ALL about the run, and we thought Mango was gonna be active, making Draxel unnecessary. I mean, Mango was the most efficient RB in the league with only 58 TPE, can you imagine if he'd been active? QB would be meaningless.

Christ has definitely changed Portland, though. Granted, he will regress hard next season when you lose Crush and Wachter, but he will guarantee you a decent offense for a few more years.
