Every team had the chance to trade for Tuck. I know PHI was offered a trade and decided it wasnt worth it.
Also, the trade that gave YKW Tuck gave ARI Guatavsson, who was since traded, so it would invalidate 2 trades.
Lastly, like Bovo said, they knew the risk.
