‘Twas the night before Christmas and all over the house, not a league member was stirring, not even a (murder) moose. Patrik Money was at home on his farm taking a well deserved break from the league for a couple of days at Christmas. He had just settled down with a nice pint of whiskey (don’t judge him, 2020 was a long year) when he heard a knock on the door. Who could this be at this hour, all the way out at the farm in the middle of the wilderness near Yellowknife? Money begrudgingly got up to check and when he opened the door, he found nobody there but a small parcel on his doorstep. Confused as he hadn’t been expecting anything, Money quickly tore into the box. It was wrapped in several layers of Christmas wrapping paper, each showing an ISFL team. As Money got through the final layer, a Colorado Yeti themed paper, a loud ping resonated around his room. After he got over the initial shock of this loud noise from seemingly nowhere, he peered inside the parcel to find nothing but a short note. On the note it simply said “from the NSFC”. Money was slightly confused by this. Was it a prank? was there meant to be something in the box? What was the noise? He was too tired to worry about this too much though and took the box and note back to his chair. However as he was about to sit, he noticed the league table that he had on his digital display above the fireplace. Yellowknife had another win than they had 5 minutes before. Thanks NSFC.

It's Christmas morning and New Orleans Second Line cornerback Andrew Witten opens up his front door to a beautiful 65 degree day. As he steps out on to the front porch to take his two miniature schnauzers for a walk, he spies a small, round package tucked in the corner of the porch. The mail is not delivered on Christmas, which means this package must have been delivered by hand. He inspects the package more closely and sees that it says: To Andrew Witten, From Mason Blaylock. Blaylock is the free safety for the Second Line, Witten’s teammate on the Legion of Doot, and his mentor all through his ISFL career. Witten tears open the package and sees that Blaylock bought him three new disc golf discs. Blaylock and Witten bonded early on in Witten’s ISFL career with NOLA over their shared enjoyment of disc golf. Often on their days off these two can be found hucking plastic and various disc golf courses around the city. Blaylock has tremendous power, ripping drives 400 ft or more off the teepad, while Witten keeps up with a great short game, approaching and putting with accuracy. Witten smiles to himself and then hears a car horn. It’s Blaylock pulling up in his car to take Witten on a surprise disc golf round. Merry Christmas!

T’was the night before Xmas and all through the house, not DB was tackling, not even Zack Mouse.
A ring came through at the door late at night, Rich sprung to his feet, noises give him a freight. He dashed to the mailman to greet him with glee, it was old Zamir with Amazon “sign here please.” “Why thank you good sir! I will treat it with care, now I must go and see what is in there! He moved to the drawers and grabbed a sharp tool, with a smile and skip he looked like a fool. But Rich did not care about what others thought, he only cared about what is in the box. He ripped and he teared through the amazon package but stopped for small breaks to consume snackage. What could be in the contents of the box, a dog? A cat? Maybe a fox! It is light and airy, but the package is large, who could have sent it? The boss man in charge? He went through the bubbles popping them all, his cellphone rang, and he answered the call. “did you get my package good friend? It will come in good use! It is your good pal Demot! This will give you the juice!” Rich cleared out the wrap and loot at the bottom, twas a silly dunce cap, Dermot said “GOTTEM” @White Cornerback Vincent Jones Jr. - S26 LB - Tijuana Luchadores
