HO needs to remove all dsfl gms and start anew, sounds like there are issues across the board

How... why.... Do you even understand what that means? Lets remove the fact that Gm's have their warooms and logically you'd have to remove them as well or you're just going to rotate from the same pool. How on earth do you expect to handle recruitment for all these new posts at once? Do it in the off season and make the draft a living nightmare? Do it in the middle of the season and ruin everyone from that season from having a good time? And where are you going to find the brand new 32 people at minimum who've never had any experience with DSFL gming and expect it to get any better?

That's the tough thing about expansion. All the good lads get scooped up for the newly opened posts and we get stretched a little thin at first.

Ok but did you consider disbanding the DSFL as a whole, then putting all current players into a large expansion draft for 8 new teams?

Dude, i was saying it sarcastically. I literally ran the DSFL myself for a year, i know what goes into it and ive been around the block enough times to know it’s not only impossible at one time but also that HO would never do that
