I based it on the overall, and based on that you were RB2. Going through every position on every depth chart would be days of work. I went by overall rating. Simple enough but still extensive.

The problem is, these are based on overall ratings, not activity, which is a much better predictor of draft position. For example, Rich Gucci had a higher overall rating than me at the time of the draft, but you'd never draft an inactive at a position of low need, in the first three rounds.

Absolutely a valid point, but at this stage, there is a direct correlation between activity and overall. More activity = more TPE = higher overall (generally speaking). Plus the overall ratings are from the most current update, not at the time of the draft.

Good point! I will also say that overall clearly isn't all that matters, but I had to base my opinions around the numbers I was presenting, so that's why I said that. Similarly, I don't really think Brokk Lee is the worst pick, but if you see the overall, it is easy to make that argument.

Right, but the overall rating simply isn't a good indicator of how good the player is. For example, in the overall rating, blocking is as important for WRs as it is for RBs and TEs.

I'm mostly arguing that I'm not a disappointment and trying to argue your contrarian comment haha. But also, where it said "1 starting Running Back", it was just inaccurate, so I'm obviously gonna try and get the facts straight for my player, whether it's the point of the article or not.

I get it, and while it's not perfect, it's really the only way we have to compare players until the actual season starts.

Yeah, and it doesn't take archetype into consideration either. As a coverage LB, str and tkl are still my most important stats for overall, despite them being far less important in coverage.

And @Gwdaja, fair enough. With the touches you are getting (about 30 a game) you'll likely be one of the leading rushers. You and Tweed are the two RBs I hate going against because of that speed. I can't match it at all.
