By all means, protest racism. Divert some of your cap space to the NAACP, and encourage your players to donate some of their salaries to local neighborhood organizations which promote equality. Lobby your local representatives to reform laws which reinforce racial disparities and volunteer your time on local commissions to oversee police conduct. In other words, actually do something instead of protesting a song about the US victory in the War of 1812. This move is simply a publicity stunt by a failing franchise as opposed to actual action to improve social conditions for anyone.
