Nothing has happened?  The largest NSFL contract has been signed.  Two HUGE fas went to the worst team in the league.  Arguably the second best team in the league lost two franchise players.  For the first time, a player rfa tagged was offered a contract.

This has been insane.

Everyone hyped up this FA period. It's been like what, 5 days? We've had 4 signings.

It's more the level of talent available and those 4 signings are huge. Players are taking longer to mull offers I think and GMs are, wisely may I add, waiting to see what their top priority players are doing before going to their next tier.
