I really don't understand the point of rule #6. This is a sim league, if people want to relocate why not let them? Makes shit fun. New logos and nicknames are cool.

8) Equipment Changes ie cleats currently give +4 TPE in Speed and in Agility. You can now apply the +8 in speed or agility if you wish.

Two questions:
(1) Can the equipment be added in any combination? Or does it have to be +4/+4 or +0/+8?
(2) Do gloves still give +12 spread over 3 stats? Or will they be lowered to +8 to avoid players putting +12 into hands?

No idea where HO will go, but I'd be inclined to say any combination for the first one, and then "no more than +8 in any one stat" for gloves, personally.

All TPE can be put into a single stat if the user chooses to do so.
