Marcus Kane hates running. It is boring and nothing exciting happens. Marcus Kane has been trying to get faster though; little wide receivers and running backs are tricksy and hard to catch. Mr. Kane took it upon himself to invent a few games to help him keep focused on the task at hand. The best mini-game that Marcus likes to play when running is called "Run Bitch Run". In this game, Marcus dresses in all black and waits for the sun to go down. Once it is nice and dark out, Mr. Kane finds a runner who is all alone and then starts running behind them and tries to close the gap between them. Usually, once the solo runner sees that a large black man dressed in dark clothing is chasing them they really pick up the pace which is what makes the game so fun. The biggest downside to this game is that it appears to be picking up interest among law enforcement agencies. Often, the police turn the tables on Mr. Kane and start chasing him, usually tackling him to the ground when/if they catch him. The added heat from the cops has only motivated Marcus to go out more often to refine his tactics.

All off season, Taylor has been working on his agility. Opening the hips, getting the feet moving. All that good stuff. To help with the foot and hip movement, Cameron has enrolled in a summer Zumba course. It's the ultimate workout for foot work, endurance, and booty shaking. While the rest of the Wraiths are working away in the weight room building muscle and getting mean, Taylor has begun his transition to a more elegant and graceful player. It also helps that Zumba has helped fill his body with the rhythm of the most popping hits of 2018. There's nothing better than warming up and playing to the sweet sounds of Demi Levato and Taylor Swift. Even as a side source of income, Cameron has started instructing Zumba classes. The middle aged moms have been impressed with Cameron's grace and elegance during even the trickiest of salsa steps. Maybe there's a career in dancercising after football.

This offseason, before the draft in which he was selected (second overall) by the Baltimore Hawks, L'Alto was scouted by many teams asking if he would be interested in a position switch. As a character transformation of this magnitude would have had a drastic effect on his training and diet regimen, the answer was a clear one: no.

Instead, lone Hawks tight end has continued to practice his recipe for success: "Tipsy", or, as L'Alto likes to call it: Drunk Yoga. Every day after checking his social media handles, updating his sim league profiles, and lobbying to improve his fantasy football ADP, he will strip down to his compression pants and pop open a new bottle of Pinot Noir. For respectability's sake, this always takes place after 5pm--and you can forget about the Moscoto touted by all the rich ass rappers who haven't paid for their own drinks in years. L'Alto was surprised to find that his GM, Hendrix, was fully supportive of this training program as a way to bond as a team bringing in the likes of Trey Willie, Gregory Fletcher, and even QB Avon Blocksdale (although he insists on a good local stout).

Mike Vick has had a stiff back since growing up due to back posture. His training regimen consists of regular acupuncture sessions to release the blood clots in his back and allow for freer movement of blood to his muscles. He also regularly uses an inversion therapy table which has delivered significant and quick results for him. Inverting helps reduce his back pain and improve posture by elongating his spine while inverted, and it relieves pressure on his discs, ligaments, and nerve roots. Vick first came across the inversion table while on vacation in Korea, and he was curious to use it when he saw this machine in his hotel gym. Seeing significant results almost immediately within a few minutes after his first attempt, he decided to do research and found that home versions were available at a low price. He has been seeing his acupuncturist since the age of 21 and also finds that very helpful as he believes in Chinese medicine.

Despite being known for his size and ability to go up and get the ball while he was in college and throughout his junior football career, Miller has recently been noted as one of the faster players in the league. And no, not just the DSFL, but the NSFL as well. This sudden shift wasn’t an accident or a result of him being a really, really late developer; it was the result of planned, targeted training aiming to make him what he is now considered to be: a speed wide receiver.

To develop this speed, Miller has been putting himself in increasingly dangerous situations that require him to use his speed to escape. He has primarily been pitting himself against wild animals attempting to run away as they chase him down, eager to eat him. This life-or-death training has pushed his body beyond its original limits, and has allowed him to unlock a speed that was previously unavailable to him.

Roenick hates running so many times. He eats so much like junk food, anything uh but also he does eat healthy but too many. He never does get hungry because he eats so damn much. He sits so much and watch television or computer, sleeps. He is basically a fatass. He does watch sports that involve running but he himself does not run which makes him stupid. And him as a football athlete, you obviously run in football but for himself as a linebacker, nah nah nah. No need to run. All you need to do is tackle that son bitch down.

His team and coach recommended Roenick to at least run 5 - 10 minutes per day so that his body gets used to him running. At least he should try because not one athlete cannot run and that is just embarrassing to not only himself or his family but also his country and team.

From the day Jonathan stepped on the field people knew something was of about him, the way he moved and played it was like he was a man amongst boys yet he was the only one who looked like a boy. Opponents who were forced to line-up against him could tell something was off about him but just couldn't put their finger on it, almost like he was not human. What they didn't know is that Jonathan is in fact a saiyan :dbz: and every offseason he spends 2 days in the hyperbolic time chamber which is 2 years in real time. This intense training regime puts his body to the limit and exceeds any training a mere earthling can do. Along with that Jonathan spends time sparring with Goku on King Kai's planet to keep himself in fighting shape. Of course on the field Jonathan has to hold back more than 95% of his real skill to keep from severely harming players.

Angus Winchester keeps his training pretty simple, He's a big fan of powerlifting workouts of low reps and very heavy weight. It's common to see him squatting over 700lbs in the weight room or deadlifting 800lbs. However none of that is very unique, especially in the OC locker room where other guys like Clegane are doing the same thing. What does set Winchester apart is how he does his cardio workouts. Winchester still retains his old offensive lineman training for cardio and he is all about the prowler sleds. You can commonly see Winchester strapped to a sled and pulling it loaded down with 300lbs as he sprints up an down the sideline. Usually after that he'll flip it around and push the sled for a while as well. He will usually spend up to an hour a day during his cardio training sprints and weighted sprints. He's the only guy still doing it on the field but his performance in the pass rush shows it pays off.

Even before the injuries sustained last season, Eric Kennedy has had a heavy cardio regiment aimed at keeping his weight down and his mobility up. After being up to over 240 lbs. in S3, he shredded a lot of that weight to improve his personal health and step away from the power back style into a receiving role. It also doesn’t help that he had to completely overhaul his diet and, as a New Orleans native, he’s used to eating good, so the cardio is a good way to counteract any damage done when he slips off his diet.

Recently, the concussions that led to Kennedy leaving the RB role have taken time away from high-contact training on the field, though he was able to keep doing treadmill cardio. Now cleared, he’s also spending a lot of extra time on the field practicing the more advanced routes that he’ll be expected to learn as wide receiver. The result has cost him some strength as he’s put so much more focus in mobility, but the goal was to keep him lined up with cornerbacks / safeties and out of range of the more powerful linebackers that could put him in a bad spot again. Thus, the mantra for this offseason’s training has been all about speed.

My workout regimen is a bit wonky, but it's really been helping my build up my cardio.

I've been playing a ton of Knockout League on Playstation Virtual Reality.

Yeah, it sounds crazy but good give it a shot. There's so much movement and throwing punches, it has me sweating after about five minutes of game play.

Each fight has a sequence that it goes through but to get it right is much easier said than done.

I mix that in with a normal boxing workout and I get a lot of cardio in. I hate running just to run, so this definitely helps. I like mixing it in with a regular boxing workout just for the unexpected stuff that happens. It helps me stay on my toes so I can stay unpredictable. That definitely transfers onto the field when I have to run my routes or break tackles.

It's gonna be a good season
