Really researching should be done while all the other teams are picking.

Although I agree, thats not really how other leagues do it. Yes you research while others are picking but at the same time if you're researching and not paying attention to the other teams selections, you will have teams selecting the guy who are putting your time into researching.

I feel you should be 110% ready already, but I also think 90 seconds is too short cause people's choices get selected.

90 seconds seems like a reasonable middle ground given that even at 4 hours if any GMs are in Europe they'll be drafting until 7am or later, turning that into 5 or 6 hours with longer pick times would be a little excessive and a lot of people have to be at work Friday mornings.

Problem is we have 22 rounds to get through. Maybe we can do 2 min per pick, that seems more fair, but I hope everyone doesnt take the full two minutes because that would take a long ass time.
