Here's @iamslm22 making fun of @Kendrick for claiming HO only punishes who they hate.

This is the dumbest take.

Since then, it's been proven that at least one member of HO did hate me and did allow that hatred to take precedence over procedure and basic integrity, and that the rest of HO, when confronted by violations from one of their own, chose not to punish him despite admitting his actions were wrong.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I hardly seen anything that showed either Bovo or Dwyer being biased in your case. Simply voting you made a transgression isn't the same thing.

You're not wrong. I tagged bovo for letting To off the hook, and dwyer because, as commissioner, this is his HO.

Also, they didn't just vote that I made a transgression. They (as an HO, not necessarily those individuals) voted to punish that transgression, and rather harshly. Similarly, after it was decided that To had made a transgression, they decided to both not punish him and leave him in HO, setting a precedent that HO members may freely abuse their authority to pursue personal vendettas without fear of retribution.

Also, was it a joke to vote for harsh punishment?

Was it a joke to refuse to get my side of the story before voting?

Was it a joke to deny the context I provided for my defense while substituting his own?

In every step of the process, To acted with complete disregard for established procedure and basic integrity. Whether this was due to malice or incompetence is irrelevant. He fucked up that investigation in every way possible, before, during, and after, and is still empowered to make more of them.
