And season 6 also has about 20ish actives. Take out the first two seasons which are obviously outliers because the league was new and there isn't any decline. Seasons 1 and 2 were the biggest because that's just the natural course of new sim leagues at creation.

NOLA has 10 actives by my count, though I'm not sure what that even has to do with this, especially since I'm sure you haven't already forgotten why NOLA has so few actives (mass retirement)

Otters have 13 actives by my count so the difference isn't even that big if you're trying to make NOLA sound like a ghost town or something lol

Yes. In the S4 draft. Which was abnormally small. Because of the creation of the DSFL. Both drafts after the S4 draft have been larger than the S4 draft.

There are actually around 5-8 actives in the third round last year. Depending on your definition of active.
