Incite is the main RB coach for the Yeti.

While there were media reports early on that he didn't garner respect amongst a certain Scottish member of the Yeti team, this can certainly no longer be the case.

He has somehow managed to satisfy all three RB's by allowing them relatively proportionate handles of the ball. No easy task!

The Yeti have developed a run game to rival the best in the league, as the Coach Incite says, if Boss Tweed can't beat you with his speed, and Luke Tiernan can't run over you with his power, then O'Connell will find a way to do it with his combination of the two.

Coach Incite is all about motivation and positive reinforcement, and while sometimes he can lose the run of himself – and has been known to shed more than a few tears during his fiery and emotional pre-match speeches, I think it’s clear that he has had a positive impact on the Yeti’s running back core. Each of them improving their skills since the pre-season.

Of course, it remains to be seen whether Yeti management will look to continue with their three headed running approach or look to trade away one of their talented RB in order to fill gaps elsewhere on their roster.

To be honest, coach doesn't do much for us. He kinda puts us where he thinks we should go and sees how it pans out. I'm sure there's strategy, but I don't know what it is.

To be honest, his lack of communication drives me, so maybe that's what he's working towards. I know I'm the best running back on the team, but the battle for number one hasn't ever been talked about. I've tried broaching the topic and no one seems to pay any attention.

But then again, maybe him trying to ignore me is his way of having me fight a bit more for it. In the locker room, I get dressed and then I head out on the field. I don't talk to anyone, and I don't stay in there longer than I have to be.

On the field, we're fine though. We go through our game plan to be the best team in the league, and it's working. Whether he mentions it or not, he knows I'm good and makes sure I get a decent amount of touches on the ball which helps me stick around.

Maybe it's reverse psychology. Maybe it's lazy coaching. Who knows? Whatever it is though, has been working for us, and we'll just keep at it.

The coach of the Hawks is very much a leader of men style of coach. He preaches a strong character, the importance of maintaining a strong locker room, and being a good community leader. He can be thought of as a very serious individual to the public and media, but he's actually a good humored individual. Coach isn't afraid to push us, and if he feels we're not living up to our potential, no matter the star power, or the reputation, he's not afraid to bench us. His play calling and things like clock control could use some work, but because he keeps the locker room full of intelligent individuals, coordinators, and assistant coaches, things go more smoothly than you would generally expect from someone with those issues.

Coach also draws in good free agents. Current and former players have nothing but good things to say about him, so even though the Hawks aren't currently the most winning team in the league, players are still willing to come here, and in fact even often pursue it. That doesn't mean that Coach is easy to play for, but he is far and pushes each of us to the best of our ability, talks straight, and keeps the culture friendly.

I've seen a lot of football coaches in my career, but it's not an easy task to fins such a calm coaches that we have in the Sabercats team. Literally, I don't remember when they raised voice on us. And the thing is, we are a 1-7 team, everything is going off the hand and our frustration is growing. Yet, the coaches are still trying to calm us down, like ''it's all going to be alright. No need to stress''. Actually, kudos to them for trying this option, the other coaches would've already kicked our asses after this disaster. And while I don't think it helps my game, I've heard they are doing a magic job to some of our players and after that, they're performing better. Well, it's not happening in my case so I'll stay neutral on our coaches. The funny thing is, these two aren't the only our coaches with the calm style - we had our main coach who also was friendly before he decided to give his powers to our current guys. Perhaps they will need to change their coaching style to more loud soon, because our current record sucks, but it's up to them. I just can try to show my best regardless of coaching style.

Our coach is an interesting fellow, a behemoth a six foot four inches, Jules Winnfield switched from coaching hockey to try out football at the behest of Tyler Varga.

"You know, I saw Jules coaching in a youtube clip once and he really taught those players a lot about the intricacies of the game. He really tries to be a shepherd and help mentor the players into fine individuals. Moves like the gourmet shot and the Inglewood Jack have helped put the Wraiths defensive line in the top of the league in sacks and have proven to be valuable on the offensive line as well."

Winnfield, a former hitman, lives by his favourite biblical quote: Ezekiel 25:17.

"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee."

This quote has become famous amongst Wraiths players, as when they screw up, they know that following this quote a foot will be placed up their ass.

Another inspiring message Winnfield has for the players is when they're playing weakly, he takes them aside and questions "Do I look like a bitch?" repetitively until they smarten the fuck up. While early on this seemed to drain the Wraiths' morale, it recently has started to kick into effect and made the Wraiths a formidable squad. Watch out for more from Jules Winnfield.

The Baltimore Hawks coach believes in positive reinforcement at all times. At the professional level players are knowledgeable enough to know when they screwed up or made a mistake, there's no need to lambast and embarrasses the players. Doing this makes the players more receptive to coaching. Even though he's not a yeller or screamer the Hawks coach is not a pushover. He is a former Gulf War officer who is very direct, sharp, and calculated in his actions. He enforces many military attributes to his team such as fighting as a single unit, always having each other's backs, and sticking together through thick and thin. He believes the mind is the most powerful weapon and his goal is to instill confidence in all of his players. Being able to carry out your job without fear of failure is a desirable mentality. The Hawks coach also believes in not getting too excited when things are going well and not getting too upset when things are going bad. Having the team stay on an even keel will help them stay more responsive to changes in the game. The team seems to have taken a liking to the coach so far, we'll see what the future holds.

It's no secret that I have a great relationship with our current GM and head coach, Shaka. He's a guy that I've looked up to for several years now and I'm blessed to be playing under his tutelidge. His vision for the game and knowledge is unmatched by anyone I've ever encountered. As a kid growing up I heard a lot of stories about him and how his system worked. I always wished that my coaches would be like him. Every step of the way it was lacking something in the coaching department, until I got to Orange County and Shaka was on the staff. The day he was named to his current position was a great day for both of us as I knew we would be a great fit together. The team has clicked since he's been in control, and it's no coincidence. He cares so deeply about each of his players, it's really something I admire. He takes the time to make you feel like you're the only guy on the team. He has the ability to empathize and really make you feel like he understands where you're coming from. He lays out a plan and leads by example. If he has to give you bad news, then he does so in a succinct fashion and can back it up with data and facts. He's the perfect leader.

Where do I start with coach? He is definitely a different kind of animal than I have ever been exposed to. I'd say that the weirdest thing he makes us do is he makes us have giant team lock-ins the night before the game in random mattress stores. I assume its because there are enough beds for everybody, but the room gets pretty loud with the big dogs snoring all night long. I just think it's kind of weird that a grown man wants us todo that together, but it's worked out pretty well for us so far. I think the best thing is that when he wants to motivates us, he wants us to be self-motivated. He locks us in and makes us all go around in a circle and say what we're each looking most forward to within the next week and what it would mean to us to win the game. It creates a great brotherhood to where we all know why we are playing for each other. I can see it on the field every game when we want to win the game. I think that even though coach is unorthodox, he is no doubt the best man for the job. He's a guy who demands excellence and just goes about getting it in a different way.

As the head coach of the Colorado Yeti, there is nothing more that he wants to do than to bring a championship to the city of Colorado. To do that he needs his offense and defense committed to the same goal and playing to their highest abilities. To do, this he instructed the trainers to give each player their own unique workout regimen. What the yeti’s coach different from others is his ability to motivate every player to give 110% and play through the whistle. Whether it’s bringing the high school coach that cut one of his players or screaming that Gatorade is better than water he always knows how to make each perform at his best. In my case, he knows my love for wings. He also knows that the only thing I love more than wings is Daisy Ridley. So as an incentive for the season, he promised that if I win the defensive player of the year award would get me a dinner with Daisy Ridley. To raise the stakes even more, he said he would get me three dozen wings with a choice of three flavors every week for a year if lead the league in any defensive category. Now, this wouldn’t work for others but based on my current stats I would say that his method is working.
