I've done plenty of drafts as both a GM and a commissioner and I've always had my picks in far before the time limit because I was prepared. I never got why people would take too long and we wish be sitting there waiting for them.

If our GMs thing they're being rushed by have a two minute limit then they are simply unprepared.

Considering this league started on a rocky foot with the GM situation, you may want to stay on the right side of caution though. Just saying...

meanwhile I'm out here like "60 second rounds means this thing can be wrapped up in 2 and a half hours, aka the most amount of time I'm giving to a real movie". 90 second rounds means a 3 hour 20 minute run time, and that's longer than a game of actual football.
