Hiring: Otters GM

My reason for stepping down is I am becoming less and less active due to the way you earn TPE around here. I am just not a fan of the money system. I tried to make due to help Grape and it just over-whelmed me. The money system is the sole reason I am not active on SHL. So it started to take it's toll here.

Everything involved. I hate having to write words for money and get a lump sum. I hate the training being limited to this or that based off how much you have. Just the whole money system in general is not something I am accustomed to. Therefore, I got lost in it and just don't want to have to deal with it anymore. I am a PT league type of guy. That's what gets my juices flowing. :cigar:

No, it was already coming. This situation presented me with an important decision and a delicate situation so I felt it was best to step down early so the new GM can handle this how they see fit. My intention was to step down at season's end anyway.
