The Arizona have two mascots that are famous around the league. The first has been mentioned before and is the charactiure of the stereotypical wild west outlaw. The mascot that gets less press, but is even more beloved by fans is the team's baby goat, Billy the Kidd. Billy is a small grey goat that accompanies the regular mascot around the stadium. The goat is the much more family friendly mascot. Even though he is just a baby goat, Billy still wears the black duster, cowboy hat and a pistol belt with his six shooter. Some of his beloved antics include eating small stuffed versions of other teams' mascots and urinating on their opponents' logos on the field. Billy the Kidd is a national treasure that is adored by all NSFL fans. I mean who doesn't love baby goats.

The Baltimore Hawks mascot is Henry the Hawk. When people talk about Henry, there have been a lot of comparisons to Benny the Bull of the Chicago Bulls. He is an interesting, silly, athletic, crazy guy. At halftime, he is shot from a cannon through flaming hoops at midfield. During the game, he goes through the crowd doing all sorts of crazy things, throwing pies at fans and jumping off different levels. He has also been known, from time to time, to cheat in the ongoing mascot races that happen now and again.

The Baltimore Hawks have realized that maybe this is not the safest thing to do, but at the moment they continue to allow it. Who knows what will happen in the upcoming weeks. Maybe the Hawks will keep him, or maybe the organization will go in a different direction and try to change this up. Only time will tell

The Yellowknife mascot is the ghost of Yellowknife. The ghost comes from a local fable older than the Egyptians. The ghost of Yellowknife is said to rise from Yellowknife Bay before every home game. When all the fans are in the stadium cheering for the Wraiths, the ghost goes from plot to plot in the cemetery tending to the dead.

So the team decided to honor this tradition by building a wispy, ghost-like wraith costume and hiring the oldest person in the village to shuffle around the stadium during game days. Once the elder dies, the costume passes on to the next oldest in the city. This way the mascot can be as close to the death he embodies. Below is a very frightening picture of the beast, and one of our elders in costume. Bet you can't figure out which is which!

This is what a true outlaw looks like. Nobody epitomizes the "True Outlaw Look" better than Yosemite Sam himself.

He's a Gunslinger, much like our Quarterback, and he doesn't take any s***. Sure on the inside his hes got a whole lot going on, but on the outside he's a rooting, tooting, shooting son of a gun.

The Outlaws mascot is a reject, generic knockoff of Yosemite Sam. He runs around shooting cap guns in the air, and once per game, he finds a girl in the first 4 rows, and "kidnaps" her. She's returned to her group after the "great train chase" that happens during the halftime show, and then her entire group is moved to a specially reserved viewing box for the remainder of the game.

So hear me out...

At this rate, I think it's safe to say that the Orange Country Mascot isn't some cute and cuddly Otter. It's Da Trifecta. The Jerry. Whatever you want to call him. Is there another guy in the league as polarizing, as talked about, as recognizable than Trifecta himself? No? Than he's our Mascot wether we want to embrace it or not.

The guy is like a walking advertisement for this team. Sometimes for the good. Sometimes for the bad. But even when it's for the bad, it's for the good. Cause you're still talking about us. We're still on the tip of your tongues. Find me a stock image of an Otter who can do that.

So no, this isn't a Mascot piece about an Otter. Strictly speaking, the idea that we're a fucking Otter as a football team is beyond me. Who thought of that? Who thought it would be a good idea to make an Otter... and Otter... a football mascot. Don't tell me Grape picked that one on his own. I won't believe you.

No, this isn't about Oscar the Otter. This is about the man, the myth, the legend for the wrong reasons... David Trifand. Ya, I bet none of you knew that's where he got his screen name from. David fucking Trifand. That's his name.

A living, breathing, updating mascot and he wasn't even trying to be one. Thing is, I'm not wrong. You know I'm kinda right on this one.

The Outlaws have.... the Outlaw. Weird, right?

His big thing is "kidnapping people" and moving them to another part of the stadium. Most of the time it's an upgrade from where they were sitting before. But every once in a while, they end up in the Boiler room, and security has to go let them out and pay his fines.

He sticks around and doesn't get fired because he's doing exactly what the Outlaws stand for. Stealing things, causing chaos, and winning in the end. He fits the team to a T.

Our team founder, ADwyer, was out in the desert and was met at a saloon by a bad, bad man. His name was RehnX. At this point ADwyer could tell something was up, and he decided to keep an eye on Rehn. As Rehn approached him, he noticed something in his pocket, ADwyer quickly puller out a gun and put two bullets into his shin, causing a lost leg. Ever since, he has been a total outlaw.

ADwyer simply drew himself on a horse and decided that this would serve as the team logo and what the team would rep on the helmet for years to come.

We have an Outlaw that rides on a horse out in front of the team's tunnel before the game. After each win on the home turf, the outlaw is also available to take pictures with a select number of kid fans.

I saw this Yeti behind a dumpster in Aspen eating mayonnaise and offered him a job as mascot. His resume looked pretty solid, having previously toured with MC Glock Cock and White Nigga as a hype man. I am confident in his abilities to represent this organization to the fullest while bringing pure unadulterated hype.

The Arizona Outlaws mascot is: The Lone Outlaw

The Lone Outlaw represents a lot of things, not just for this team, but this city

Outlaw is obviously the name of this team, But it is also the name of the personalities of players that are here. Rough, unruly, but effective and get the job done. They might run their mouths off a lot, but they also run their asses off in practice and in games to get what they want.

And Lone. the Arizona Outlaws are very much alone in the NSFL. other teams and even maybe the league officials are against them. But through and through, they will persevere by themselves. This models the city of Phoenix wonderfully as well. They may be the biggest city in Arizona, but it is small in comparison to many other urban centers in different states. They are in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by heat and desolate, unforgiving desert. Yet they keep on thriving

This is why the team mascot is the Lone Outlaw
