As a quick summary, in order to be inducted into the Hall of Fame a player needs to be voted in by 2/3 of voters - if they receive 1/3 of the votes they will stay on the ballot for the next season.
As was passed in the S23 Rules Summit, we have formed a Hall of Fame Committee! This season, the committee was made up of Ben, bwestfield, daybe, iamslm22, JuOSu, manicmav36, PigSnout, run_cmc, and myself!
With these nine, our requirements are 6 votes to be inducted and 3 votes to stay on the ballot.
Now, I'm pleased to introduce our newest members of the International Simulation Football League Hall of Fame! Welcome to the Hall of Fame:
Kazimir Oles started his career in S10 as part of the San Jose Sabercats. Kazimir, the younger brother of Philadelphia Liberty legend Tyler Oles, played for 4 different teams in his career (San Jose, Chicago, Arizona, and Orange County) and finished his career as a 2x Ultimus Champ (S14 with SJS and S19 with OCO), 7x Pro Bowler, and S13 Wide Receiver of the Year. Oles was a key part of whatever offense he was a part of, finishing 7th in all time receiving yards and 10th in all time receiving TDs. He also was a special teams ace, finishing T-2nd in career punt return TDs, 3rd in career punt return yards, and 9th in career kick return yards, as well as T-1st in punt return TDs in a season.
Vladimir Fyodorovich has been inducted on his second ballot, having been one vote short in the S23 voting. Fyodorovich started his career as a cornerback for the Orange County Otters before his controversial trade to New Orleans, starting an intense rivalry with the team that drafted him. In S10, he swapped to the other side of the field, becoming one of the league's premiere wide receivers and serving as the favorite wide receiver of fellow HOFer Borkus Maximus III. Fyodorovich finished his storied career as a 2x Ultimus Champ (S9 and S11 with NOLA), 8x Pro Bowler, S7 Defensive Rookie of the Year, S12 Offensive Player of the Year, S12 Wide Receiver of the Year, S14 Returner of the Year, and S11 Performance of the Year. Fyodorovich was a great wideout and special teamer, finishing with the 4th most receiving yards in a season, T-8th most career punt return TDs, 3rd most career kick return yards, and 7th most kick return yards in a season.
Gus T.T. Showbiz spent his whole career with the Orange County Otters, and any resident of the area could tell you why the T. stood for "talent". Drafted in S9, Showbiz's trophy case is stuffed with 5 Ultimus Championships (S12, S13, S17, S18, and S19), 6 Pro Bowls, and a S16 Quarterback of the Year trophy. Despite switching to cornerback in his last two seasons, Showbiz made his money as a quarterback, finishing 5th in career passing yards, 7th in career passing completions, 7th in career passing TDs, and 10th in career passer rating. Even with league legend and HOF Mike Boss as his predecessor and future HOFer Franklin Armstrong succeeding him, Showbiz has certainly cemented his place as an Orange County legend.

Now, we move on to the User Hall of Fame! As passed in the S24 Rules Summit, the rules for the User HOF have changed:
Code:
- To be inducted, a user will need to obtain "YES" votes from 2/3 of the voters.
- Users will remain on the ballot for 3 seasons before being removed from the ballot.
- Users who have been removed from the ballot can be renominated by the committee.
Even with these changes, we only had one inductee into the User HOF this season.
This season's inductee has served as a key and often unappreciated member of the league - serving as Head of the league's Developments Team and creating the ISFL Wiki. In this role, they have paid money out of their own pockets to keep the league's web domains and programs hosted and running - going above and beyond the expectations for a free-to-play league. This user also served as the Philadelphia Liberty Co-GM from S12 to S15. Please welcome to the User Hall of Fame the S9 Most Dedicated Member:
