After a spat between first overall pick Luke Quick and second overall pick Busch Goose finally came to an end with the S28 ISFL Draft, most thought they could put the rivalry behind them and move on. However, a unnamed source in the Goose camp recently revealed to us a leaked memo originating from the Quick camp:

Quick Demands Trade…

I had one draft demand… Only one.  And that was if Baltimore had picks 1 and 2, and they wanted myself and KCC teammate Bush Geese or whatever his name is, That I go 1OA.  That was it. My only demand… And look what they done did.  Now I have no choice but to demand a trade and hold out.  I am a man of my word.

I told them straight up that this is what would happen.  Goose Busch does not deserve this honor.  I hear he doesn’t even want it, except to make me mad.  I don’t even think he’s active.

Anyway, no one tamper me, but go through the proper channels to reach out to my foolish GMs… This is not a joke...

While we in the public saw the rivalry budding, I don't know if anyone thought that either camp would seriously hold out or demand a trade. Will Luke Quick and Busch Goose be able to play nice now that they share another locker room? That remains to be seen. We can report however that Busch Goose does plan to have retaliatory language towards Luke Quick because of this leak.

Mr. Quick is shocked to see this quote attributed to him. He has nothing but respect for the entire Baltimore organization and would have never demanded a trade. This quote is not from Mr. Quick and anyone who says so is fake news. This is obviously coming from the Bush camp.
