A day in the life of Tay Swizzle? Well if the media department at the Portland Pythons or the Chicago Butchers wants to take a look into the A Day In The Life just like the famous Beatles song...Well they are going to have to prepare for a lot of ups and downs, loads of travel and just the ultimate stress that is into the life of a popstar turned american football superstar. Usually Tay Swizzle would ready up to make herself look pretty in the morning and make sure she can make the world a shiny place with her pretty self. A very healthy breakfast to keep in shape, don't worry she has her cheat days! And then a quick singing rehearsal in the case a quick impromptu karaoke shows up or a surprise performance happens. Once she does all this she will go ahead and have multiple business meetings that we will not get into, she also has various autograph signings she has to do. Followed by her charity work and commercials she promotes, various press conferences from her singing and sports career but it's also followed by loads of workouts and building connections with the most important people in the world, via you guessed it parties! That's usually a day into her life and not much is shown by the media crew but clearly Tay Swizzle spends a lot of time up and down the city and the nation

Zack DiNozzo sits in front of the video camera after the last game of the season. ISFL Films is at the stadium to do one of the beginning shoots for “A Day In The Life Of…” episode featuring Orange County’s favorite Tight End.

“What do you want the focus of your episode to be, Zack?” the director asked him.

“I want it to be my mental health. Sure, being able to play a children’s game, albeit a violent game, is a dream come true for most people. But what the fans don’t understand sometimes is that there’s a person under the helmets; and sometimes.. they’re not ok. I go through various mental struggles on a day to day basis and I want to show people that side of me. Playing football is therapy for me. In my mind, football is my escape from my demons, and it’s okay to admit that I’m not always ok on a personal level.” DiNozzo replied.

The film crew was stunned, as if this is the first time a player has full on admitted that they have mental health issues.

The episode would go on to air that week on ISFL Network and became the most watched episode in the series’ long history due to the fact that it covered the DiNozzo family struggles after the season was over, with arguments about the smallest things between Zack and his wife, who is also dealing with her first pregnancy. In the end, the episode also covered how Zack tries his hardest, despite the arguments, to provide for his growing family. You can also see the love the two have for each other despite their own personal issues. Finally, the episode covered Zack’s day to day routine such as working out on the treadmill in the home gym to improve his speed and stamina while pumping iron in the Otter Gym at the stadium. You also saw cameo appearances from Anton Bruckner, Rean Schwarzer, Goat Tank, among other Otters as they also workout there.

This video would show the typical day in the life of Doug Quaid. The alarm clock blares at 5am. Quaid sits up in his bed and chugs a bottle of water. He puts on his running shoes and heads out the door for a few miles. When back at the house he is warmed up and awake thanks to the run. He heads to the exercise room to hit some weights. Today was leg day. Squats, deadlifts, leg press, and hamstring curls have all the makings of a painful day. After two hours it is time to fuel up and take a break. Breakfast consists of eggs and sausage, where he eats about a half pound of each. Next up is a drive to the Wraiths practice facility. There he meets up with the rest of the defense to review film and discuss strategy for the upcoming opponent. The film and strategy session take about two hours and then they head to the field for practice with the rest of the team. After practice is the next gym session of the day. After the gym it is dinner time where Quaid eats like a grizzly bear. At around 10pm Quaid gets a full body stretch in and then heads to bed. (211 words)

So, as a D-lineman, I have to imagine a lot of my weight is based around keeping up the weight. D-linemen, or honestly any linemen in general, have to keep up a ton of weight, and while of course defensive ends don’t have to keep up as much weight as a player like a nose tackle, they still weight an incredible amount, so a lot of my day is based around food. I’d like to imagine that Marlon Brando (my player), when not on the field or working out, is a casual chef, making tons of different food for himself (though when no one’s looking he’ll just devour some doritos). The video will show this, having me cook up some food to eat. Maybe i’ll even make some for the camera crew, unless i’m filming myself). As a former actor turned defensive end, maybe he runs through some acting exercises! Luckily, the video will not be showing the many, many, many steroids Marlon Brando takes. Or well, i’ll try to avoid them appearing in the video, though if they show up in the background or something i’ll just say the production crew framed me or something like that. but yeah, might be a very boring video, but that’ll be the video of my life.

Big Slammu, a glutton for the cameras, has been asked by the Hahalua's media team to film a little "day in the life" revolving around Big Slammu. Big Slammu has of course readily agreed. He loves being the centre of attention after all.

He is of course a cast member on the hit reality show, "Street Sharks", where the camera's follow around Big Slammu and the rest of his brothers around the streets of Honolulu where they fight bad guys and help out civilians. The show was originally based out of Wyoming, but the brothers have been more than willing to fly around the country to help facilitate Big Slammu's football career. His mornings usually revolve around filming and giving out pointers on what he wants to keep on the show as opposed to what to keep out. After his daily Street Shark shootings, Big Slammu works out constantly. He is on an MVP type tear as he dragged his team to the playoffs off the back of some truly awesome performances. He spends a lot of his time in the gym which isn't the image many fans expected out of Big Slammu's whacky media personality but he really is serious about his craft. The end of his day involves getting to sleep at 7PM so we'll wrap it up there.
