Ok so I'll give a bit of background to this whole thing first.
I had been using the demo version of the sim the whole time because I did not know about the season limit. I assumed that the online mode was the full mode that you paid for but you could do single player stuff on your PC just fine with the demo. Considering we had just simmed two whole seasons without a single message to me via the program otherwise, I think that was a reasonable assumption. Now a few days after the draft one of our members encountered the two season limit. Not a single person on our team knew about that, so again I believe it was a reasonable assumption. So for the duration of the preseason I was trying to figure out a solution. I tried a crack that didn't work, I emailed Wolverine Studios and they only replied to me once. So we were stuck just having to gameplan by feel. That's totally our fault.
No one else is cheating or doing anything malicious. That should be obvious.
Now, we just ended a game that was hard fought, and really close. All Wraiths players knew about this situation and so obviously emotions were high. @Archon decided to write about it seeing that it was unfair. This is true, it is unfair but it's no one's fault but our own, if you want to get specific then it's no one's fault but mine. So there really isn't a requirement for HO or anyone to fix it. The way the initial statement was written might have come off wrong but it's pretty clear that he's just asking for help, that's all.
To @ADwyer87 and the rest of the Outlaws. I'm sorry. It may seem like Archon was calling you out as cheaters but that's not the case at all. He just knows that Er owns the sim, and I guess because no one on the Wraiths had it or knew about the 2 season demo issue, he assumed that Er might be the only one. He was not calling you cheaters, just saying it was unfair, which we established before is technically true. Once again, sorry.
