Lemme first preface this by saying that I for one am really glad to have Jaylon Lee as a Sabercat, that said the way the RFA is structured, it doesn't allow the system to work the way it does in the NFL.
So here's what I gathered from this article First, this is a sign-and-trade system, which has no real history of happening in the NFL because it would be a bad move. As I understand it, the Cats are on the hook for the contract, not the Outlaws, unless I'm wrong. This means that there is no disincentive for the Outlaws to do a sign-and-trade method. Conversely, there is a history of trade-and-sign. However, when that does happen, the player has to re-sign with the team first. [div align=center]

The RFA tag is the dumbest rule this league has implemented and has absolutely pissed me the fuck off. If I would've known I couldn't actually choose where I wanted to play, I would've re-signed with fucking Arizona. No point in me being a free agent and signing a contract when I'm drafted because I can just be tagged anyways. To the league, change this rule because its bullshit. And to Arizona fuck you for making me work hard for 3 years and just ruining my fun in the league by not letting me go where I want. It's a trend man. ![]() ![]()
Man, big names who leave Arizona are usually bitter... :hmm:
Wonder why they gone :hmm: As his former LB partner I am especially sad for him, but I hate disrespect to ![]() ![]() [div align=\"center\"]

They did not let me go where I want and they were not clear about their intentions with me. I would say what your GMs say about you being annoying on forums and what they really think, but I'm just not gonna snap off about that :cigar: ![]() ![]() (11-02-2017, 07:25 PM)Valtookan Wrote:Man, big names who leave Arizona are usually bitter... :hmm: Gotta kind of take his side, here. It wasn't a classy move what they did, but that is dwyer. He isn't sentimental. He is a cold-hearted bastard concerned only with continued success. He is our league's Bill Belichick, and that's why we hate and respect him. ![]() |
