Pointing out a physical flaw on a child? Eh, maybe not bullying or harassing, definitely falls under being a dick though. I mean, would you make fun of a kid like that to their face?

We can all be kind of asshats sometimes. I don't think there's any need to take a holier-than-thou approach with any of this. Just if someone calls you out for being a dick you shut up and move on.

Making fun of mental health issues. NOT OK

Making fun of physical appearance. DEFINITELY OK

It could be a birth mark, could be a scar from an injury, could have dinged his head earlier but you don't know so they are two sides of the same coin.

You just talked about how wrong it is to make fun of a kid for having aspergers, which you’re obviously completely right about, but making fun of a kid for their looks that they have no control over (and honestly are probably made fun irl too) is over the line as well

It's fine. You're totally right about mental health and all that, and with what you've said in here it's clearly personal so obviously you'll have a stronger reaction to it.

My goal was just to point out that sometimes people don't see what they are doing is wrong when it's easy to look at other people and see it as wrong. So I guess we should have that understanding when we argue with others, about ourselves and them. I know you're not a bad person.
