As the dust settles after the first day of our major recruitment drive, we've been put into wonderful situation. For the first time in many seasons, we are in the predicament of more players than available spots on the current DSFL teams, as such we must open up teams that were once lost to the robot factories. Both Norfolk and Palm Beach, starting this draft, will be human teams again for at least 2 seasons. Right now this is a temporary expansion, and while I would love to have these teams as permanent player teams it isn't quite as simple and will be monitored heavily throughout the next few seasons. As of right now though, these teams are human again and human teams need human GMs.
For Norfolk, we see someone who has been a GM for many seasons in the NSFL and someone who has become a mainstay name in our league taking the helm in @iamslm22. Whether he's pushing for the Ultimus or pushing one of our best recruitment drives in history, he always does what he can to make sure the best is what we see.
As for Palm Beach, we see a former DSFL Commissioner, GM, and someone who helped me lead Philadelphia to the promised land in @PDXBaller. PDX is a fantastic GM and individual who has a great mind for the league. He's another great member of the community and with his pioneering the DSFL became what it is today, and we'll see how far he can take Palm Beach as their GM.
While these guys are both fantastic members of the community, they can't do it alone and both of them need Co-GMs. Applications for these positions are now open to everyone (including people who have just joined the league) and will be available until March 13th. While this is the hard deadline if you plan on applying please have your applications in as soon as possible so that the GMs have plenty of time to make a decision and bring in who they decide they want to help them.
In order to apply copy and paste the application below while filling out the questions. Please name your title appropriately. For example if I were to apply for the Norfolk Co-GM job I would make my message title Norfolk Co-GM Application.
