After many years of abuse by the head office and the general manager fat cats that line their pockets it is time for the players of the National Simulation Football League to organize!
Years ago in the early years of the season a hero amongst us wise beyond his years tried to create a union for the players and he mysteriously disappeared after discontent among the league's elite at the prospect.
The Isiah Rashad Memorial Player's Union is intended to serve this man's legacy. The union dues are $10,000,000 per season (Ultimus to Ultimus) but are waived for all players who have no affiliation with the front office of an NSFL team, DSFL team, or the head office.
The Isiah Rashad Memorial Player's Union will provide player's with access to a shop steward who is not affiliated with a team at all and is an expert in player value and team fit. The shop steward will privately work with the player's who desire their service and work with team general managers to make sure that those players are compensated fairly.
I propose that each season The Isiah Rashad Memorial Player's Union picks a user to serve as shop steward and handles these duties. For our inaugural season as a player's with rights I would like to nominate Charlie Trout (@iamslm22). I look forward to having an unbiased member of the community to help player's receive the treatment they deserve and desire.
