Welcome to a bit of a different style of draft review, focusing more on how players went up and down from the DSFL draft in the NSFL draft than strictly tpe and each pick. The reason I choose to do it this was three-fold. Firstly, there is no power of hindsight to see which players may go IA or come back from being IA, who is a consistent top tier earner and high TPE players etc. that looking at previous years has available to them. In-depth draft reviews use this as a powerful method to rank the decisions of teams and their draft choices, which I also consider unfair to them. Sure, they may have busted and could’ve got another option but a lot of the time, most teams in the same position would make the same pick with the information on hand at the time. Secondly, TPE is not the be all and end all when teams make picks or when evaluating picks. A 15, 20, even a 30 TPE difference at the time of NSFL draft can be caught up in a matter of weeks, little own a multitude of seasons. Furthermore, some prospects don’t sign up as early as others and a stat such a TPE per day is a better indicator and judging a person’s ability to earn, which is what is in question when looking at TPE. Thirdly, building on the second point, teams have different needs and priorities, some which stem throughout the entire league. It is very well known that defensive positions are highly prioritised as well as lacks as much depth as offensive positions normally, so a pick that has less TPE may fill a need for the team or be the best option to take the position with an earlier pick to not miss out on an active or a player who earns less.
In essence, think of this draft review as being more of an analysis and comparison of how players managed their draft stock than how each team performed.. With the explanation above, I looked at where the player was drafted in the DSFL and NSFL draft and the difference between the two numbers. For those who joined after the DSFL draft and were picked up on waivers, they don’t have this stat available to them, but do pose as great examples as to why TPE per day is better than just the flat amount of TPE when analysing drafts. Also included is their TPE amount at the time of the DSFL draft and update as of 6/6, the first update after the NSFL draft. For further analysis as to picks being based on TPE or user, their overall rank by TPE is included, as well as their rank amongst players only in their position. Before going into each player’s personal performance and analysis, I will give some more basic statistics as to the averages of these statistical points to produce a more objective criteria when analysing players that should hopefully make it easier to understand the analysis of each player. The following is the tables that i collected the raw data into.

The following table shows some of the basic statistical measurements on some of the key measurable data that will be used in the analysis.
![[Image: RIrlh97.png]](https://i.imgur.com/RIrlh97.png)
The raw data is just so you can see everything that I accumulated and compare quickly. This second table provides statistics on the most important stats in review of the draft as well as thinking ahead to the future. N is for the number of participants in that category, which is 51 in “Pick_Differene” and “TPE_Gain” as there was 9 people in the first 60 picks of the NSFL draft that were not in the NSFL draft, thus not having the data to provide for it. Minimum coloum states the lowest value for category, where for “Pick_Difference” the negative number means they have fallen that many spots. The maximum is the opposite of course, being the largest number in the category. The mean is the average and Standard Deviation the distance from the mean. What is important to know about Standard Deviation is that 68% of scores, when the data is normally distributed, is within one standard deviation of the mean. This means for Pick_Differene, 68% of the data (roughly 41 out of the 60 draftees) had a pik difference that was between -16.49 and 19.02. Whilst Tpe_Gain and NSFL_TPE were proven to not be normally distributed, this fact gives an indication for analysis as to whether scores are more than just above or below average. For “TPE_Gain”, 1 standard deviation is between 100.68 and 213.818 and for “NSFL_TPE” it is 164.964 and 290.236.
With that out of the way, I can finally move on to each individual player and analysing their performance. Of course, being a draft, there are always uncertainties and unpredictable happenings that impact the data, but for the most part, an objective view with all the data collected gives a clear picture as to how the players have and will looked in their career. The write out will be done in the order of the NSFL draft, with all their personal data included alongside their name, with some quick words about them, which will probably be less on people who were less active and average.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 1 – Greedy sly S | Username: Slyphreni | DSFL Draft pick: 1 | Draft difference: 0 | DSFL TPE: 77 | NSFL TPE: 327| TPE gained: 250 | TPE Rank: 2 | Positional TPE Rank: 1[/div]
Greedy Sly was seen as the number one guy ever since being picked 1OA in the DSFL draft. It stayed that way all season and held true in the NSFL draft, remaining the 1OA pick in the NSFL draft. Greedy also has the largest TPE Gain from the DSFL draft to the latest update out of any of the S23 prospects, proving himself to be a max earner. As top Safety and only 1TPE off having the most amount of TPE in the class, this pick was always on the cards for such an active and engaged user, demonstrated by winning Most Dedicated Member award in the DSFL.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 2 – Tyler Montain DT | Username: Amidships | DSFL Draft Pick: 2 | Draft Difference: 0 | DSFL TPE: 108 | NSFL TPE: 328 | TPE Gained: 220 | TPE Rank: 1 | Positional TPE Rank: 1[/div]
Tyler follows Greedy in retaining his DSFL draft position and not sliding. These top guys don’t really need much said about them, they were the top users and players in this draft, as Amidships was a nominee for Most Dedicatd Member award, is now the highest TPE player in the class by 1 and the highest ranked in his position that is highly coverted and lacks the depth for how much it is desired. Tyler therefore is not surprise to be going at the 2OA spot in the draft.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 3 – Heinrich Kackpoo LB | Username: Gbfn | DSFL Draft Pick: 13 | Draft Difference: 10 | DSFL TPE: 131 | NSFL TPE: 289 | TPE Gained: 158 | TPE Rank: 8 | Positional TPE Rank: 1 [/div]
Heinrich was another one of those players that everyone knew would be going in the first couple of picks in the NSFL draft. He climbs up 10 picks from his DSFL draft position to round out the first 3 prospects taken. Whilst his overall TPE isn’t as high as Tyler or Greedy, coming in at rank 8 with an average TPE amount earned, Heinrich is the highest earning LB and so fills out a team need the best way possible. With a solid floor under him, Heinrich can propel himself into super star status with some more TPE gain and become the standout LB of the class if he can remain consistent.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 4 – DB Jadakiss S | Username: Hotdog | DSFL Draft Pick: 14 | Draft Difference: 10 | DSFL TPE: 97 | NSFL TPE: 260 | TPE Gained: 163 | TPE Rank: 21 | Positional TPE Rank: 5 [/div]
Probably the first pick that may be seen as a little weird if going strictly by the numbers and TPE, Jadakiss, or rather the user Hotdog, has become the second Safety off the board even though he comes in at rank 5 by TPE after the draft. Jadakiss had a slightly above average TPE gain and also climbed 10 spots from his DSFL as did Heinrich before him. Whilst his TPE rank sits at 21 and the lower Positional rank, shows that Hotdog as a user showed promise, activeness or personality that earned him this spot above what TPE may tell us. This is a pick that highly demonstrates why TPE or statistics aren’t able to fully predict drafts or be used as the only factors in analysis.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 5 – Tycker Om DE | Username: Mysa | DSFL Draft Pick: 20 | Draft Difference: 15 | DSFL TPE: 69 | NSFL TPE: 262 | TPE Gained: 193 | TPE Rank: T19 | Positional TPE Rank: 2 [/div]
Tycker is yet another pick that has had a great season that has propelled him up the NSFL draft 15 picks above his DSFl draft position. Earning close to 200 TPE, he outpaced many of his peers and earnt himself this increased draft stock. Whilst being rank 2 in his position, he was the first to be taken off the board and was overall T19 for TPE in the class. This indicates that Mysa’s personality or activeness may have won him this psotion over other DE prospects but his numbers prove he still very much deserves this pick without being called a reach.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 6 – Tychondrius Hood WR | Username: Tylus | DSFL Draft Pick: 22 | Draft Difference: 16 | DSFL TPE: 74 | NSFL TPE: 295 | TPE Gained: 221 | TPE Rank: 6 | Positional TPE Rank: 2 [/div]
Hooray for offensive players finally getting some love! Tychondrius Hood, Wide Receiver of the Year defies what most people thought of WR slipping and the extreme interest in picking defence by going in the first half of the first round. It’s no coincidence that as the third and final nominee for the Most Dedicated Member award in the DSFL that he goes early, even if he is rank 2 for WR. Picking up an extremely dedicated and active member who managed to increase their draft position by 16 in a stacked position that was ready to slide, the rank 6 TPE prospect fills a hole whilst also being a max earner, gaining TPE more than 1 standard deviation from the mean, putting himself in the mix of the top earners of the class clearly deserves to be picked this high.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 7 – Son Goku DE| Username: Naosu | DSFL Draft Pick: 15 | Draft Difference: 8 | DSFL TPE: 108 | NSFL TPE: 326 | TPE Gained: 218 | TPE Rank: 3 | Positional TPE Rank: 1 [/div]
The number 1 DE doesn’t have to wait much longer at all before coming off the board as well, only two picks after fellow DE Tycker. Another prolific earner, gaining close to 220 TPE to be one of the highest earners in the class, Goku also currently ranks at 3 for total TPE, 1 behind rank 2 and 2 behind rank 1, with a small gap to the rest of the class. Goku follows the trend of those above him, improving his draft position from that of the DSFL draft, showing that this class had many prospects fight to prove themselves over the season.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 8 – Rapheal d’Alcott S | Username: Kenitohmenara | DSFL Draft Pick: 26 | Draft Difference: 18 | DSFL TPE: 69 | NSFL TPE: 307 | TPE Gained: 238 | TPE Rank: 4 | Positional TPE Rank: 2 [/div]
The third Safety to go, Rapheal was a phenomenal earner and active presence on the forums. If my calculations are right, Rapheal gained the second most amount of TPE in this class, a great combination to have with someone so engaged in the league. Maybe a little disappointed to be the third safety picked whilst ranked 2 by TPE, I have no doubt this will only serve as motivation to push harder, even if they currently stand at rank 4 by overall TPE. Yet again, there was an increase in DSFL rank, by 18, the largest observed so far, depicting there was some deep promise shown by a very active and passionate user in Kenitohmenara,
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 9 – Ray-Ray Jackson CB | Username: Jason | DSFL Draft Pick: 19 | Draft Difference: 10 | DSFL TPE: 98 | NSFL TPE: 262 | TPE Gained: 164 | TPE Rank: T19 | Positional TPE Rank: 1[/div]
The defensive players keep coming, this time with the first CB off the board in Ray-Ray, who is in fact the top TPE CB after the draft. Ray-Ray is also yet another prospect who gained 10 spots up from their DSFL draft, earning TPE at a rate slightly above the mean, resulting in being T19 for TPE in the class, a very solid position to be in after only the initial rookie season. Ray-Ray has been a quiet achiever in the LR and forums, not being a huge presence but consistently earning his TPE and improving his player.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 10 – L’Carpetron Dookmarriot S | Username: NotoriousTig | DSFL Draft Pick: 16 | Draft Difference: 6 | DSFL TPE: 116 | NSFL TPE: 279 | TPE Gained: 163 | TPE Rank: 13 | Positional TPE Rank: 3 [/div]
I have been told is/was a GM in the PBE so is experienced when it comes to sim leagues and how they operate. They have managed to earn slightly above average TPE and become the rank 3 Safety in the class, standing at 13 overall which shows his engagement to this league in addition to PBE. Still being picked in the first round, after three safeties have already been taken, he has moved up 6 picks from the DSFL level and will be an active and engaged personality for the class moving forward and his team.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 11 - Bob Bob S | Username: NickyVMLP | DSFL Draft Pick: 9 | Draft Difference: -2 | DSFL TPE: 68 | NSFL TPE: 271 | TPE Gained: 203 | TPE Rank: 16 | Positional TPE Rank: 4 [/div]
Unfortunately for Bob Bob, the moniker of first player to fall from the DSFL draft goes to them. However, only two spots, Bob Bob is the fifth safety in the round to be taken, even though they are ranked further, so such a small drop can be seen as quite insignificant. This is especially true when NickyVMLP is a league vet, active user on the forums, and very friendly and helpful, even helping myself by offering to do commentary and then even the points table and video creation for my recent Marble Mock Draft series. Gaining 203 TPE also marks Bob Bob has being a max earner who will be having a bright future, trying to climb up and be the best safety in the class.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 12 – Dick Thruster OL | Username: PersonMann | DSFL Draft Pick: 40 | Draft Difference: 28 | DSFL TPE: 57 | NSFL TPE: 220 | TPE Gained: 163 | TPE Rank: 36 | Positional TPE Rank: 2 [/div]
Well, this on paper through objective measurements appears confusing and just simple a bad pick, a reach. This is where stats aren’t always the answer. Ranking 36 in TPE, with slightly above the mean TPE gain, but being drafted at 12, 28 spots higher than, one of the biggest differences this analysis turned op. Also being the rank OL, it just doesn’t seem to add up. However, the team needed very little and OL was one of them, PersonMann has been a good and funny user from all reviews I have heard and who doesn’t want a name like Dick Thruster on their team? That alone is worth a first round pick and fair rubs to all!!.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 13 – Hingle McCringleberry LB | Username: Jmac Ncheese | DSFL Draft Pick: 10 | Draft Difference: -3 | DSFL TPE: 98 | NSFL TPE: 251 | TPE Gained: 153 | TPE Rank: 29 | Positional TPE Rank: 5 [/div]
The second player to have slide, but yet again only by a small amount. Gaining just below average TPE, Hingle is slightly behind the pace of the big-league names in his class. Overall coming in at rank 29 by TPE, what is interesting is that Hingle is the second LB of the board but sits at rank 5 amongst LB. What this shows is that user Jmac Ncheese must be quite active, personable or had a great interview /connection with the team to be picked above some of the LB in what was still a quite untouched position. It should be noted here that one of the LB above is a GM pick, so there was only two other LB, ahead TPE wise, that could’ve been picked here but Hingle definitely has the base to improve and show great worth.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 14 – Eugene Smoothie S | Username: NHamlet | DSFL Draft Pick: 32 | Draft Difference: 18 | DSFL TPE: 79 | NSFL TPE: 252 | TPE Gained: 173 | TPE Rank: T27 | Positional TPE Rank: 6 [/div]
The Safeties continue to fly off the board, becoming apparent that this was the big position most teams wanted filled. Eugene more than halves his DSFL pick number, getting back to the positive difference in drafts. Eugene is the sixth safety to go, matching their ranking in the Safety position. With 173 TPE gained, Eugene has proven to be a solid earner in the above average group and has been seen around the forums, showing no signs of going away any time soon, a big positive to his team and anyone who likes NHamlet in the league.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 15 – Julio Jones OL | Username: 24RedCrayons | DSFL Draft Pick: 50 | Draft Difference: 35 | DSFL TPE: 50 | NSFL TPE: 253 | TPE Gained: 203 | TPE Rank: 26 | Positional TPE Rank: 1 [/div]
My oh my, more fair rubs!! I think if you asked anyone in the league that you predict two OL will go in the first 15 picks of the draft, not a single person would agree and think that way. Whilst Julio goes as the second OL, his TPE earning, ranking him 26 amongst all prospects, puts him rank 1 in OL. Julio also just scraps into the 200+ TPE gained, which is more than what fellow OL Dick Thruster earned. This discrepancy demonstrates that Mr. Thruster must have shown other traits to earn his first-round pick when such a quality player and earner falls under him. Even going as the second OL, Julio has the biggest increase in draft position, going up 35 spots from the DSFL draft, demonstrating the higher priority NSFL has on OL than DSFL and the talent Julio has shown.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 16 – Griffin Porter LB | Username: Asylumparty | DSFL Draft Pick: 4 | Draft Difference: -12 | DSFL TPE: 97 | NSFL TPE: 275 | TPE Gained: 178 | TPE Rank: T14 | Positional TPE Rank: 4 [/div]
Griffin Porter becomes the biggest slide so far, going from the mid first round in the DSFl to the early to mid-second round in the NSFL. Asylumparty is an active and as far as I am aware, recreate prospect that holds league jobs and good rapport with the higher ups for his dedication to the league. Though at rank 4 for LB’s and taken as the third in the draft, with a GM created as a LB, this is about whereby TPE, Griffin should be taken compared to LB’s in the class. Porter has been a high TPE earner and sits in the top 15 for TPE in the entire class, earning in all aspects to be this high in the draft. Asylumparty is the full package, consistent earner, active and engaged earner, kind person with the future ahead of them.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 17 – CJ Riley S | Username: Huskies311 | DSFL Draft Pick: 5 | Draft Difference: -12 | DSFL TPE: 81 | NSFL TPE: 237 | TPE Gained: 156 | TPE Rank: 33 | Positional TPE Rank: 7 [/div]
CJ Riley is the first GM pick in this draft and these are players and users that are a little harder to properly analysis since they are forced to go into these picks. For CJ, they still ended up being taken as the seventh safety in the draft, matching his TPE rank for the position, quite the coincidence. Even with GM responsibilities, Huskies has earned just about the average amount of TPE gained and has placed himself overall as rank 33 in TPE, hovering around the top third marker. Being a GM, CJ was always going to be close to going around this pick, and will be a consistent earner as the Huskies, like the other GM’s lead by example when it comes to activeness and earning.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 18 – Water Chestnut III DE | Username: CKRoyal92 | DSFL Draft Pick: 6 | Draft Difference: -12 | DSFL TPE: 57 | NSFL TPE: 245 | TPE Gained: 188 | TPE Rank: 31 | Positional TPE Rank: 3 [/div]
It was back to back GM picks with CKRoyal’s player Water Chestnut III showing quite a few similarities to CJ riley in stats. Ranked third in TPE amongst DE’s and taken third in the draft, somehow mirroring how CJ was taken off the board in his position to match his TPE rank. Both also fell 12 spots from their DSFL draft. This I put down to DSFL teams knowing GM players will be active and a decent earner at minimum, thus having less risk involved in picking them. Of course, the rule making GM’s having to be picked in the second round by their team’s highest pick in the round, makes it so both of these GM’s had to slide. CKroyal earned more TPE than Huskies, and now has 8 TPE over him. It will be a good competition between all the GM’s for bragging rights within the class and that will be a close fought battle.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 19 – Joseph Petrongolo RB | Username: Jo3Fish5 | DSFL Draft Pick: 37 | Draft Difference: 18 | DSFL TPE: 67 | NSFL TPE: 268 | TPE Gained: 201 | TPE Rank: 17 | Positional TPE Rank: 1 [/div]
The first RB of the draft is taken in the late second round, and the honour goes to Joseph, aka Jo3fish5. Jo3fish has been a prolific joker everywhere, I mean he shows up everywhere. By statistics, he is rightfully the first RB to be taken as he has the most TPE for any RB in this class currently. He also gained over 200 TPE this season and should be considered a max earner. The mix of activity, constantly being humorous in locker rooms and his high earning, currently being rank 17 in TPE for the class. Jo3fish5’s personality and earning enabled hum to climb 18 spots in this draft and contend to be the best RB in the draft class.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 20 – Lesean Paris Crooks CB | Username: The_Kidd | DSFL Draft Pick: 49 | Draft Difference: 29 | DSFL TPE: 50 | NSFL TPE: 257 | TPE Gained: 207 | TPE Rank: 24 | Positional TPE Rank: 2 [/div]
Lesean Paris Crooks is yet another prospect that climbed a plethora of position from his DSFL draft position, going from the second half of the draft to the first quarter of prospects picked in the NSFL draft. Lesean maintains his positional rank of 2 by being the second CB taken in the draft. Wuth over 200 TPE gained, Lesean worked hard to increase his draft stock and he has been rewarded with a second- round pick accordingly.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 21 – Bane Ka’ana’ana CB | Username: Adwyer87 | DSFL Draft Pick: 12 | Draft Difference: -9 | DSFL TPE: 82 | NSFL TPE: 255 | TPE Gained: 173 | TPE Rank: 25 | Positional TPE Rank: 3 [/div]
Another GM pick here with Dwyer’s player Bane Ka’ana’ana following the other two GM’s who show statistically, that being picked here was on value with other picks. Bane earned above average TPE throughout the season and ranked 25 by TPE amongst the entire close, just below where he went in the draft. Like CKRyoal and Huskies, Dwyer also fell down from the DSFL draft yet as explained previously, this is shared amongst all GM’s as they are reliable early picks that are forced to be pick later than what their personalty and user strenths would allow. Dwyer positioned switch extremely late to CB, but following the trend of the GM’s before him, he was the third CB taken and ranked 3 as well. This was another pick that is still very much warranted even if it wasn’t a GM pick with the objective statistics in this analysis.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 22 – Kai Sakura | Username: DarknessRising | DSFL Draft Pick: 35 | Draft Difference: 13 | DSFL TPE: 90 | NSFL TPE: 304 | TPE Gained: 214 | TPE Rank: 5 | Positional TPE Rank: 1 [/div]
Time to talk about myself. Kai was an elite earner, making it into the top 5 in the class by TPE, the last that was over 300 TPE in the latest update. However, unlike the other 4 300+ TPE prospects, Kai has slipped deep into the second round where they land at pick 1, 2, 7 and 8. He is also the rank 1 WR but goes as the second off the board behind Tylus (thanks for the easy 3 mil buddy) which can be a testament to Tylus’ activeness and engagement within the league. Kai was selected after a trade up, the first draft day trade that wasn’t part of a GM trade down pick. Kai is the last offensive player taken in the first two rounds, bringing the total to 5 out of 24 picks being offensive players, 2 WR, 2 OL and a RB.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 23 – Carl Wheezer DT | Username: LGMForever | DSFL Draft Pick: 23 | Draft Difference: 0 | DSFL TPE: 67 | NSFL TPE: 290 | TPE Gained: 223 | TPE Rank: 7 | Positional TPE Rank: 2 [/div]
For the first time since pick 1 and 2 overall, we observe 0 pick difference, Carl was pick 23 in both the NSFL and DSFL draft. It’s quite an impressive feat to do so outside of the top few picks and is a feat that isn’t done again in this draft, at least within the first 60 picks. Carl has earned over 220 TPE, one of the higher amounts earned for the class and puts himself into rank7 by overall TPE. His earning gives a bright future ahead of him, trying to chase down Tyler Montain to be the best DT from the class statistically. Although in saying that, his render definitely wins over Tyler’s, it just does.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 24 – Adelie de Pengu LB | Username: IsaStarcrossed | DSFL Draft Pick: 3 | Draft Difference: -21 | DSFL TPE: 108 | NSFL TPE: 286 | TPE Gained: 178 | TPE Rank: T9 | Positional TPE Rank: 2 [/div]
With the final pick in the second round, the last GM is taken with the mandatory pick. IsaStarcrossed’s player continues the trends of the other GM players in this draft, also falling down in draft order due to the GM draft rules and gaining an above average amount of TPE throughout the season. GM’s have many other priorities so earning consistenly on the high end is more important than being the highest earner individually. Isa has managed to be the highest ranked GM by TPE, being T9 currently. Adelie currently sits at rank 2 for LB but was the fourth taking, depicting that teams needed some priority in the position and increases the value of Isa making a LB for the team.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 25 – Luca Scabbia WR | Username: Enigmatic | DSFL Draft Pick: 42 | Draft Difference: 17 | DSFL TPE: 71 | NSFL TPE: 286 | TPE Gained: 215 | TPE Rank: T9 | Positional TPE Rank: 3 [/div]
The start of round 3, or as I think it should be called for the history books, round of Wide Receivers. Luca Scabbia coming into the draft was put into the top tier of WR’s alongside Hood and Sakura, and holds on to be the third WR taken in the draft, matching his positional TPE rank of 3. Enigmatic is a S1 vet, onto their third player now, known for graphics ability and high earning. Enig earned 215 TPE over the season, a stella performance that makes Luca T9 overall for TPE. Even with the WR slide that was predicted to occur during the draft, Luca ended up being drafted 17 picks higher than their DSFL draft. With the top 3 WR all having a double-digit increase in draft positional, it seems apparent that in the DSFL, WR is not a sought after position since it is primarily a running game.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 26 – Jackson Kingston WR | Username: Daybe | DSFL Draft Pick: 36 | Draft Difference: 10 | DSFL TPE: 87 | NSFL TPE: 275 | TPE Gained: 188 | TPE Rank: T14 | Positional TPE Rank: 5 [/div]
In what is the trend of the round, WR Jackson Kingston manages to climb up 10 spots from the DSFL draft and become an early third round pick. Fourth Wide Receiver off the board but currently at rank 5, Daybe is a user I’ve personally seen running things outside of the NSFL and is dedicated to the community of the league, a great reason as to why they may have been taken over a better TPE WR still on the board. Gaining 188 TPE throughout the season, Daybe has proven themselves to be an above average earner within the class and one of the top WR in a class loaded with potential in the position. With a solid earning showing this season and an active member of the community, Daybe and Jackson Kingston will be aiming to catch up to the top prospects in TPE and statistics to etch his own name as being in the top tier of WR for this class.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 27 – Nicholas Ayers RB | Username: Faded | DSFL Draft Pick: 24 | Draft Difference: -3 | DSFL TPE: 71 | NSFL TPE: 286 | TPE Gained: 195 | TPE Rank: 18 | Positional TPE Rank: 2 [/div]
Whilst many predicted that WR as a position would slide with their depth, it turns out that the draft decided it would be RB who would instead be the sliders. Nicholas Ayers drops only a handful of positions from their DSFL draft position whilst maintain their positional TPE rank of 2 by being only the second RB off the board. Ayers falls to pick 27 despite a TPE ranking of 18 and earning just under 200 TPE for the season. Actively posting on the forums, Ayers will be trying to keep up his consistent earning to prove that RB’s and himself should not have been snubbed in the draft.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 28 – Benoit Blacno WR | Username: xQCFamous | DSFL Draft Pick: N/A | Draft Difference: N/A | DSFL TPE: N/A | NSFL TPE: 239 | TPE Gained: N/A | TPE Rank: 32 | Positional TPE Rank: 7 [/div]
Benoit Blanco marks the first of nine players who were not actually in the DSFL draft but managed to get themselves into the top 60 picks in the NSFL draft, despite being a waiver pickup. As such, these nine players can’t accurately be used in the statistics, but if we think of their DSFL TPE as being at the base 50, we can see that Blanco would’ve earned around 190 TPE, a very solid performance considering they weren’t in the league as some of the other prospects they beat. What is interesting is that Blanco is the fifth receiver taken whilst ranking at number 7, similar to Jackson Kingston, being taking off the board before other WR with more TPE. Benoit or rather xQCFamous has therefore made a great impact despite being in the league for less time and will look to catch up the ground on other prospects and WR In the class from joining after them across his player’s career
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 29 – Dre Mathews WR | Username: Confictional | DSFL Draft Pick: 30 | Draft Difference: -1 | DSFL TPE: 62 | NSFL TPE: 235 | TPE Gained: 173 | TPE Rank: 35 | Positional TPE Rank: 8 [/div]
The second back to back WR picks within the same round as we see Dre Matthews picked up. He ends up just one spot lower than his DSFL draft, holding his draft stock to the same level as it was in the DSFL draft. A user who has made a notable amount of posts on the forums, Confictional has gained 173 TPE over his rookie season, a solid above average performance. Confictional will need to work hard however to try and stand out amongst a crowded WR class this year, with some TPE to gain, stats to achieve or user status to be able to become one of the top WR of the class over the career of Dre’s career.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 30 – Mike Karpassi DE | Username: puolivalmiste | DSFL Draft Pick: N/A | Draft Difference: N/A | DSFL TPE: N/A | NSFL TPE: 198 | TPE Gained: N/A | TPE Rank: T41 | Positional TPE Rank: 4 [/div]
The first defensive pick in the third round, Mike Karpassi is the second player drafted who was not in the DSFL draft and thusly was picked up on waivers. He is the fourth DE taken, matching his positional TPE rank. If we assume Mike’s DSFL TPE as 50, he has earned slightly under the average TPE gained from this class, however I’m not sure when they joined the league, so they not have had the time to do so. Only time will tell if Mike Karpassi can catch up and hang with the big DE names from this class or stay in this average level where you aren’t gonna complain to have him but there will more than likely continue to be better players coming out of this class being the superstar DE’s of the class.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 31 – Mikel van Perkins CB | Username: Pavel Pipowitsch | DSFL Draft Pick: 25 | Draft Difference: -6 | DSFL TPE: 94 | NSFL TPE: 250 | TPE Gained: 156 | TPE Rank: 30 | Positional TPE Rank: 4 [/div]
The defence continues to come in the round of WR with Mikel van Perkins taken in the second half of the round. Yet again, a very common trend at this point for defensive players, that there positional TPE rank matches with the fact they were taking off the board in the same spot amongst their position. Mikel gained almost exactly on average for earning and is rank 30 for overall TPE, again, being in the middle for what has being deemed the active players for this draft. Mikel fell down 6 spots from his NSFL draft and will be trying to rectify that movement. Being only 7 TPE off the second ranked CB, it is still very much on the cards that if Mikel performs well and consistently, that he becomes one of the contenders for best CB in the class.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 32 – Doug Howlett WR | Username: Rufio_NZ | DSFL Draft Pick: 60 | Draft Difference: 28 | DSFL TPE: 86 | NSFL TPE: 258 | TPE Gained: 172 | TPE Rank: T22 | Positional TPE Rank: 6 [/div]
Doug Howlett and user Rufio_NZ is always gonna live on in this class, as much as Russdrivesthebus wants to forget it (if you don’t know what this is about, ask around). The fifth WR taken in this round, Howlett is rank 6 in TPE amongst WR, being picked after Blanco and Matthews even though having higher TPE. Howlett earned above average TPE throughout the season, 1 less than Matthews. With contention between WR so fierce, Rufio_NZ will want to prove why he should have been picked earlier in the found than the other 4 in this round by making a name for himself as an active user, high earner and stats through sim luck.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 33 – Rigby Raccoon TE | Username: Dieselj123 | DSFL Draft Pick: N/A | Draft Difference: N/A | DSFL TPE: N/A | NSFL TPE: 167 | TPE Gained: N/A | TPE Rank: 52 | Positional TPE Rank: 1 [/div]
The first TE is picked here, being Rigby Raccoon. There was not many tight ends at all in the draft and unfortunately, not to me mean to the resident Raccoon of this class, there also wasn’t a high level of talent in the position as well. With a lack of depth and lack of quality in the position, Raccoon was the only real candidate for a team seeking to add a TE to the roster. Another prospect who wasn’t in the NSFL draft, they currently have earned close to 130 TPE, being below aveage. They also sit just behind the average player in overall TPE despite being the top TE. If joined late, there is still time to earn well and prove to be a good pick up, even a steal, with some good earning over the years.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 34 – Running Back RB | Username: Nykonax | DSFL Draft Pick: N/A | Draft Difference: N/A | DSFL TPE: N/A | NSFL TPE: 219 | TPE Gained: N/A | TPE Rank: 37 | Positional TPE Rank: 4 [/div]
This round continues to be the offensive players round, now with a RB being selected in the accurately named player, Running back. Another player, the fourth, who wasn’t around in the DSFL draft. Running Back looks to be an above average earner that should be proudly celebrated, considering they joined later than most. Nykomax has managed to pull himself with his engagement to the league above players that were present in the draft and makes me think he can go higher and further. Though there isn’t a giant hole at RB in the NSFL for mid-level earners to break through and make a hell of a career, I have faith that Nykonac isn’t just going to be an average user with an average player and will be coming out swinging the rest of his career.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 35 – Reginald Covington III QB | Username: PDXBaller | DSFL Draft Pick: 7 | Draft Difference: -28 | DSFL TPE: 87 | NSFL TPE: 206 | TPE Gained: 119 | TPE Rank: 38 | Positional TPE Rank: 1 [/div]
The round continues to give offensive players their home, this time with the only really QB prospect in the class, Reginald Covington III being picked up. Falling quite heavily, one of the biggest drops observed, Covington comes into the league when most teams already have their guy or teams not needing to find a replacement for a few seasons. PDX knows his way around a sim league, running one of his own. His draft difference can be explained by the lack of need for a QB in the NSFL and he was actively updating until the last two updates. Whether or not they are done but not claimed or completely undone, PDX will become a great QB with a little more time before hitting the big leagues and is a knowledgeable mind of sim leagues, RC3 may just be the guy in his primes.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 36 – Videl-San WR | Username: ValorX77 | DSFL Draft Pick: 45 | Draft Difference: 9 | DSFL TPE: 62 | NSFL TPE: 285 | TPE Gained: 223 | TPE Rank: 11 | Positional TPE Rank: 4 [/div]
My oh my is this an interesting case. Videl-San is taken as the final pick in the third round, the sixth receiver to have gone in the round. Overall, as the eighth receiver taken but TPE ranking Videl as the number four spot, there is more going on here, which is definitely known about. For me however, whilst a lingering bad taste may have been left in people’s mouths about previous league endeavours, Valor is a veteran in the league and knows how to have successful players. Videl gained 223 TPE over the season, one of the highest amounts and sits narrowly outside of the top 10 for overall TPE rank in the class. Whilst the past haunts the presents, this pick presents itself as quite the steal to get someone so talented, knowledgeable and committed to the league and when building a team, past mistakes can be learnt but experience and commitment in the league cannot, making Valor and his player Videl-san a great pick-up who you just know is going to keep max earning throughout their career.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 37 - Tomage McGullager CB | Username: Philliesphan96 | DSFL Draft Pick: 18 | Draft Difference: -19 | DSFL TPE: 50 | NSFL TPE: 196 | TPE Gained: 146 | TPE Rank: 43 | Positional TPE Rank: 5 [/div]
The start of the fourth round sees Tomage McGullager drafted. He ends up almost 20 places lower than his DSFL draft, something that he can’t feel good about. Earning 146 TPE throughout the season, which is below the average, McGullager is slowly falling off the pace to some of the top CB and other prospects in the class. McGullager matches his positional rank of 5 with being the fifth CB taken in the draft, a common occurrence in the mid-point of the draft as teams search for actives and best player available. Tomage has the time to climb back up the boards and be a more active user in the discord and forums over his career, just has to keep his head down and work.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 38 – Datsum PhastBawls K/P | Username: RapidSpone21 | DSFL Draft Pick: 41 | Draft Difference: 3 | DSFL TPE: 78 | NSFL TPE: 252 | TPE Gained: 174 | TPE Rank: T27 | Positional TPE Rank: 2 [/div]
Special teams get their first lot of love with Datsum being taking picked up here. Datsum was the leading K/P throughout the entire season but as of the last update, has slide into a narrow second. TPE isn’t as much of a concern when choosing K/P since they have so little stats to apply it to, so it is definitely position that the user behind the player makes an impact as to their draft stock. Datsum slightly increased his position from the DSFL draft and with that killer name, it is reason enough to be the first K/P off the board. However, with some stiff competition, Datsum and user RapidSponge will need to consistently fend them off during his career to be best in class once the history books are written.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 39 – Tyrone Woods LB | Username: Rindiee | DSFL Draft Pick: 8 | Draft Difference: -31 | DSFL TPE: 92 | NSFL TPE: 284 | TPE Gained: 192 | TPE Rank: 12 | Positional TPE Rank: 3 [/div]
Tyrone Woods had to wait quite awhile for his named to be called out. After going in the first round in the DSFL draft, Woods falls one of the greatest number of spots in this class. Earning over 190 TPE during the season, Woods has shown to be a good earner and overall is rank 12 in TPE, yet was picked at almost pick 40. This shows that Woods may have shown some warning sings, based on the fact that he ranks third amongst LB but was taken quite a bit after the fourth and fifth ranked LB’s, who went pick 13 and 16. Woods has most likely shown sings or is IA to drop this far for having such talent, on the defensive side of the ball no less. If Woods can get his mojo back before progressing too long in his career, he can regain his competitive edge and be a terror on the field.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 40 – Griff Oberwald WR | Username: Aenir | DSFL Draft Pick: 46 | Draft Difference: 6 | DSFL TPE: 57 | NSFL TPE: 198 | TPE Gained: 141 | TPE Rank: T41 | Positional TPE Rank: 9 [/div]
After the round of WR that was the third round, more still continue to be picked up as the class was full of them. Griff Oberwald was the nick to be snapped up, ending up being drafted six spots higher than he was in the DSFL. Just narrowly missing out on being 200 TPE, his ranking amongst his classmates in TPE aligns closely with him being drafted in the spot. He has earned a little under the average TPE gained through the season, and will need to improve his training routine if he wants to compete with all the other WR that are present in this class. Oberwald does have this potential but it will take some time to catch the top WR in this class, as the top two WR are currently around 100 TPE higher than him, not impossible to close the gap, but it won’t be easy.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 41 – Karmichael Hunt K/P | Username: Simo_393 | DSFL Draft Pick: N/A | Draft Difference: N/A | DSFL TPE: N/A | NSFL TPE: 184 | TPE Gained: N/A | TPE Rank: 49 | Positional TPE Rank: 3 [/div]
Back at it again with another K/P, this time being Karmichael Hunt the lucky candidate being drafted. He is another of the nine players that were drafted in the top 60 picks of the NSFL draft but weren’t in the NSFL draft. Hunt may be the second K/P taken off the board, but TPE wise, he is a little behind the two front runners. He has gained approximately 134 TPE through the season, so needs to increase that to close the gap to his competitors within the class, though once again as a K/P it isn’t as important as they cap out quicker. Hunt has become more active as the season has gone forward and will hopefully use that activeness towards earning for his team’s success and personal growth as a player.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 42 – Philip Stein K/P | Username: IHateBobNutting | DSFL Draft Pick: N/A | Draft Difference: N/A | DSFL TPE: N/A | NSFL TPE: 258 | TPE Gained: N/A | TPE Rank: T22 | Positional TPE Rank: 1 [/div]
Back to back K/P picks? 3 K/P in the same round? Everyone in this draft class is getting some love in the draft. Philip Stein may have been the third K/P taken, but is going to be playing another position for his NSFL team. As a K/P however, he would be the player with the highest amount of TPE, tied at rank 22 in overall TPE for the class. His TPE gain would be close to 210 TPE for the season, putting him higher than quite a few players who started at the time of the draft. With full seasons in front, Philip’s earning numbers will only go higher and with the change of position, his high-earning rate will become a good pickup for his team for the value that he will bring in his new position.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 43 – Eric Richards LB | Username: Wildfiremicro | DSFL Draft Pick: 17 | Draft Difference: -26 | DSFL TPE: 69 | NSFL TPE: 205 | TPE Gained: 136 | TPE Rank: 39 | Positional TPE Rank: 6 [/div]
A promising prospect in the DSFL draft, Eric Richards had a bright future ahead of him that could see him be a force of nature when in the big leagues. Unfortunately, it seems Eric was not able to live up to the hype behind his potential performance as of now. He fell 26 spots in the NSFL draft compared to where he was drafted in the NSFL. Whilst still over 200 TPE, he only managed to gain 136 through the season, a below average performance for a guy that could have been so much more. He is still rank 6 for LB’s in the class and in the top 40 for TPE amongst all prospects so there is potential to come back with a vegence and storm the league, but Eric Richards will need to earn a little more to make his career as impactful as the top LB of the class.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 44 – Brock Bodenhamer WR | Username: Toivo | DSFL Draft Pick: 64 | Draft Difference: 20 | DSFL TPE: 52 | NSFL TPE: 195 | TPE Gained: 143 | TPE Rank: 44 | Positional TPE Rank: 10 [/div]
Another WR comes off the board at pick 44, being Brock Bodenhamer. He managed to increase his draft stock over the season, being picked twenty places higher than he was in the DSFL draft. Brock gained slightly under the average amount over the season, putting him just under 200 TPE but more importantly, as the rank 10 WR in the class. With the WR class being so filled with talent, Brock will have to fight hard to hold is own to compete amongst his fellow receiver classmates and being a known entity within the league. In order to keep pace with some of the top WR and middle guys in the class, its gonna take some more hours in the gym to train better and to be consistent in his career to do so, but it is very much possible that
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 45 – Quanter Skrills RB | Username: Saliva^ | DSFL Draft Pick: 70 | Draft Difference: 25 | DSFL TPE: 52 | NSFL TPE: 186 | TPE Gained: 134 | TPE Rank: 47 | Positional TPE Rank: 6 [/div]
Offensive continues flowing with the drafting of Quanter Skrills. Quanter Skrills showed some good potential and qualities over the seaon to move up 25 draft positions from the DSFL draft. By overall TPE, Quanter Skrills is been taken around where you would expect, however as the rank 6 RB, Quanter is the fourth RB taken. Only gaining 134 TPE in the season, below averaging earning makes a few questions come up as to why others weren’t taken before hand. This could be easily explained by the personality of Saliva^ who made a good impression on his team to be the picked over the others. To show that this spot should have gone to him, he will need to keep at his training to be a RB of the future.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 46 – Braxton Sinclair DT | Username: Lost_Kelu | DSFL Draft Pick: 27 | Draft Difference: -19 | DSFL TPE: 50 | NSFL TPE: 185 | TPE Gained: 135 | TPE Rank: 48 | Positional TPE Rank: 3 [/div]
Braxton Sinclair will not be happy about his rookie season and how he performed. His performance saw him go 19 spots lower in the NSFL draft than he did in the DSFL draft. This can be attributed to his lower than average gains in the gym, achieving 135 TPE gained in the season. Whilst ranking 48 for TPE amongst all rookies in the class, Sinclair is still ranked third amongst DT, showing the lack of players in the position, as well as depth, compared to a position like WR in this class that were very numerous and high quality throughout. Braxton will need to hit the gym harder than most of his classmates to make sure he is ready to hang for another season and eventually with the extra strength and size present in the NSFL league. Whilst it is not impossible by any measure, it will be a grind to achieve the status that Sinclair is hungry for amongst his peers.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 47 – Keynel McZeal RB | Username: PSanchez55 | DSFL Draft Pick: N/A | Draft Difference: N/A | DSFL TPE: N/A | NSFL TPE: 202| TPE Gained: N/A | TPE Rank: 40 | Positional TPE Rank: 5 [/div]
Another RB is taken up in late fourth round, being Keynel McZeal. Keynel was another rookie that did not enter the DSFL draft but has shown some great characteristics about their drive as a player. Coming in at over 200 TPE whilst joining late, Keynel has earned like the average player in less time than others had to train. Keynel is ranked as the fifth best RB in the draft and is taken as the fifth RB as well, however this is behind Quanter Skrills who currently shows a little less talent that Keynel does. Overall in the class, Keynel might have started late but is catching up any ground he may have lost due to it to try and cement is name in the legacy of the NSFL history books and be a mammoth name for the S23 draft class.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 48 – Yuuto Kira Cloudera DT | Username: Kentakira | DSFL Draft Pick: 58 | Draft Difference: 10 | DSFL TPE: 50 | NSFL TPE: 125 | TPE Gained: 75 | TPE Rank: 58 | Positional TPE Rank: 4 [/div]
To end off the fourth round, Yuuto Kira Cloudera has been drafted to a NSFL team. Moving up a respectable amount of positions from the DSFL draft, Yuuto has some work ahead of them to keep up with the draft class, even more so than Braxton Sinclair. Yuuto was not a heavy hitter in the gym, earning 75 TPE across the entire season. Whilst picked 10 spots higher, their DSFL draft position turns out to be their overall TPE rank in this class. 50 TPE behind Sinclair, Yuuto is still the rank 4 DT in this class, a testament to the ever-dwindling nature of talent in the draft. Yuuto will have to join Sinclair in the gym, and either arrive earlier or stay later, if not both, to be a sizeable threat in the big leagues throughout their career.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 49 – Brennan Kennedy CB | Username: Bk1689 | DSFL Draft Pick: N/A | Draft Difference: N/A | DSFL TPE: N/A | NSFL TPE: 140 | TPE Gained: N/A | TPE Rank: 55 | Positional TPE Rank: 7 [/div]
Brennen Kennedy gets to be the first pick of the fifth round. Brennan is the penultimate player who was not in the DSFL draft and has shown some signs of becoming a threat on the field, but it hasn’t fully amounted to anything currently. Earning less than 100 TPE in the season does not give a strong sense of confidence that Kennedy will become a household name and a cornerstone of my defence. With some time to keep hitting the gym and progressing however, Brennen Kennedy can become a key asset for his team if he just keeps showing up, eagre to play his role for the interest of the team than seeking to be a star. If he wants to be a star, he will need to be ready to put in tonnes of hard work over the coming seasons which can be done, but there hasn’t been the signs to fully believe this is the case.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 50 – Dick Thunder OL | Username: DylanJJ37 | DSFL Draft Pick: 40 | Draft Difference: -10 | DSFL TPE: 57 | NSFL TPE: 84 | TPE Gained: 27 | TPE Rank: 67 | Positional TPE Rank: 3 [/div]
After a long drought, there is finally some more fair rubs to go around!! Dick Thunder is only the third OL to be picked up, but is taken 35 spots after Julio Jones, the last OL drafted before Dick Thunder. Dick Thunder didn’t have a very memorable rookie outing though, seemingly too busy with media and enjoying the sweet life to show up to training, only gaining a mere 27 TPE, one of the lowest amounts observed from draftees in the first 5 rounds. His amazing name won’t save him, Dick Thunder is ranked on the lower end of the active players amongst the class, coming in at rank 67, unfortunately not rank 69. If Dick decides to step away from the girls and paparazzi long enough to hit the gym, he really could be the next great wall, just this team in the USA and not China.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 51 – Blade McCoy LB | Username: Blaster | DSFL Draft Pick: N/A | Draft Difference: N/A | DSFL TPE: N/A | NSFL TPE: 193 | TPE Gained: N/A | TPE Rank: T45 | Positional TPE Rank: 8 [/div]
A late pickup in the draft Blade McCoy has some potential to be a nice little gem for his team. Blade is the last player in the first 60 picks of the NSFL draft who did not enter the DSFL draft. Even though Blade joined late, he has made some good progress, earning just slightly lower than the average amount of TPE gained. As the rank 8 LB, Blade will have to continue his surge in training to keep up some good performances that is definitely within is potential during his career. He is picked up lower than what his suggested TPE total suggests he should, but I feel confident in stating that there is going to be some good production from Blaster to make Blade a decent player and have a good career.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 52 – Arik Eller DE | Username: Ace | DSFL Draft Pick: 59 | Draft Difference: 7 | DSFL TPE: 50 | NSFL TPE: 110 | TPE Gained: 60 | TPE Rank: 61 | Positional TPE Rank: 5 [/div]
22 picks after we saw the last DE taken, Arik Eller no longer waits to hear his name called out and has been drafted! Arik managed to be drafted 7 picks higher in the NSFL than he was in the DSFL draft, the last decently sized increase in the remaining draftees featured in this analysis. However, after, there isn’t too much going on for Arik. He gained a measly 60 TPE throughout the season, an amount that will not see him become a looming threat in the big leagues. With more OL coming through the system as well, DE need to getting better than ever and at 110 TPE, Arik will face some problems getting to the QB or to stop the pass rush. The career has only start for Arik Eller and there is time to turn it around but it has to be sooner rather than later, or else his career will turn into never.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 53 – 3’ Jeffrey RB | Username: JSS | DSFL Draft Pick: 56 | Draft Difference: 3 | DSFL TPE: 67 | NSFL TPE: 180 | TPE Gained: 113 | TPE Rank: 50 | Positional TPE Rank: 7 [/div]
3 inch? 3 foot? 3 miles? No one knows what the mysterious 3 means in Mr Jeffrey’s name but what we do know is that he has been drafted at pick 53. He falls slightly lower than what his TPE ranking in the class forecasts, but he still goes higher in the NSFL draft than in the DSFL draft, the last player in this media piece to move up instead of down. Mr. Jeffrey gained 113 TPE in his rookie season, which will need to be improved in the future seasons to close up to some of his rival RB in the class. It can be done with some hard work and time will tell if maybe the 3’ stands for 3 Ultimus wins or a 3 second career.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 54 – Mac Griddle S | Username: McGriddleLuver | DSFL Draft Pick: 53 | Draft Difference: -1 | DSFL TPE: 66 | NSFL TPE: 148 | TPE Gained: 82 | TPE Rank: 53 | Positional TPE Rank: 8 [/div]
Oh want a render, just on that alone should be another 30 picks higher. Unfortunately, Mac Griddle has the looks but has yet to show off his talent or high potential in his future. 82 TPE is all the Mr Griddle could muster up this season, a little under what he would’ve like to achieve in his rookie season. He falls by one spot compared to his NSFL draft and has also been drafted 1 pick less than his TPE rank, which is at 53. In order to become a name out of the other Safeties in this class, Mac Griddle is going to have to stop going to McDonalds and start going to Chipotle for his meals in order to be more energetic in the gym and on the field.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 55 – Deonte Washington WR | Username: Souljaboy200 | DSFL Draft Pick: 47 | Draft Difference: -8 | DSFL TPE: 50 | NSFL TPE: 138 | TPE Gained: 88 | TPE Rank: 56 | Positional TPE Rank: 11 [/div]
The last wide receiver that this analysis will cover is Deonte Washington, getting picked up with pick 55. Deonte fell 8 spots from his DSFL draft, ending up closer to his TPE rank, which is 56. With so many receivers in this class, Washington is rank 11 amongst them yet sits only a small amount of players under the halfway point of the entire class, a demonstration to just how much quantity there is in the WR this class. Gaining 88 TPE in such a competitive position already before the stacked and giant class of S23 comes into the mix, is not going to cut it. Washington’s dream of being up on the lights and the cover of his team’s promotion material will only be a reality if he can keep pace with the others in his class, otherwise he will be left in their dust.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 56 - Judas the White DT | Username: Jusas_Isacariot | DSFL Draft Pick: 38 | Draft Difference: -18 | DSFL TPE: 50 | NSFL TPE: 67 | TPE Gained: 17 | TPE Rank: 77 | Positional TPE Rank: 7 [/div]
Only through divine intervention does it seem the Judas the White’s career will come back on track. Without seeing the light, it seems as though Judas has committed sins and has consequently had to pay for them in the form of dropping 18 spots from the DSFL draft. Further sins have been committed by only gaining 17 TPE in the season, when that amount can be gained in a week if lucky with predictions. But like Jesus, if Judas can have a rebirth, except in his career instead of his life, he may have a chance of becoming a god in his own right. In the first five rounds of draftees, he has the lowest amount of TPE.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 57 – Mordecai Morrisey DE | Username: MCP_ | DSFL Draft Pick: 31 | Draft Difference: -26 | DSFL TPE: 57 | NSFL TPE: 93 | TPE Gained: 36 | TPE Rank: 64 | Positional TPE Rank: 6 [/div]
Mordecai Morrisey had some anticipation for his ability has a player coming into the DSFL draft but has failed to live up to what others saw in him. Whether it wasn’t there or just hyper inflated by the media, Mordecai only gaining 36 TPE in the season to end up under 100 TPE by the end of the season has seen his draft stock crash, dropping 26 picks in the NSFL draft. Since there is a long career ahead of all players after the NSFL draft takes place, if Morrisey comes out swinging to make up for the time he has lost, he most certainly can have a good career but after the meida over hyped him in the DSFL draft, they have lost all hope in that happening, though we know how often the media is wrong these days.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 58 – Joe Exotic DT | Username: Gamaliel | DSFL Draft Pick: 11 | Draft Difference: -47 | DSFL TPE: 78 | NSFL TPE: 121 | TPE Gained: 43 | TPE Rank: 59 | Positional TPE Rank: 5 [/div]
The most tragic case in this draft class, Joe Exotic really should have stuck with Tigers, homosexual polygamy, hiring a hitman or arguing with Carol Baskins. His transition into the NSFL league has gone as wrong as you could get. After being drafted in the first half of the second round in the DSFL he falls an extraordinary 47 spots. He had a lack of training, gaining only 43 TPE, though this can probably be attested to his focus on a Netflix series and being in prison and all. This is definitely not the next adventure however Exotic wanted to launch himself in and has to either cut his loses and try something else, maybe like becoming a minister for the catholic church, or to put everything he has, selling his tigers as well, to afford the best coaches to quickly whip him into shape for the next level before he loses is arm to vicious beast like his co-worker did. If the later does happen, he will never financially recover from that.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 59 – Danny King RB | Username: DanE got dis | DSFL Draft Pick: 57 | Draft Difference: -2 | DSFL TPE: 89 | NSFL TPE: 236 | TPE Gained: 147 | TPE Rank: 34 | Positional TPE Rank: 3 [/div]
This pick is probably the steal of the draft. Over 230 TPE. Gaining only slightly under the league average. Rank 3 RB going just before the end of the fifth round. Danny King is rank 34 amongst all of his class mates but gets picked 25 spots lower than that and I have no explination form this through statistics. He still managed to fall two spots from his DSFL draft even with all the stats that might say otherwise. RB with less TPE have been taken before him and I hope that lights a fire under him to prove to everyone why they made a mistake not taking him. I have full faith that he can have an impactful career in the NSFL and I wish to see it to prove any haters wrong and to show up everyone that moved passed him in favour of someone else.
[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Pick 60 – Omar Wright Jr. LB | Username: XDave2456 | DSFL Draft Pick: 29 | Draft Difference: -31 | DSFL TPE: 104 | NSFL TPE: 193 | TPE Gained: 89 | TPE Rank: T45 | Positional TPE Rank: 7 [/div]
Finally arriving at the last pick in this analysis, the end of the fifth round and pick 60, is Omar Wright Jr. Starting out so brightly in the DSFL level he didn’t capitalise on his early draft position, nor did he work too hard in the gym compared to most of the other prospects in the gym, failing to gain over 100 TPE, not making 90. With a too cool for school attitude, Omar Wright Jr. might have the playboy looks but he won’t have a career in the NSFL unless he toughens up to land some big shots on offensive players. It still can be done and he can be the biggest duel threat on the field. If he can find his motivation to maximise on his potential, he can most certainly land the biggest hits and biggest poses whilst doing so, becoming that ultimate duel threat. He just has to leave the Playboy mansion first.
--Conclusion--
Finally, for all those that managed to get through all of that, it is over. This article started out as one idea and grew into this and just kept going and going, ending up over double the word count I thought it would be. You can probably tell I started to sound like a broken record or tried to but some random humour in there. I tried to have a positive look for each prospects because anything can happen, like I said all the way in the intro, we don’t have hindsight yet to be able to make definite statements about how players will turn. I am aware that for someone who believes and made note of the fact that TPE isn’t everything, there is a lot of TPE talk in each person’s write up but in a draft, it does make a difference and there is so little to go on right now due to nothing having occurred after the draft. I personally can’t wait to see how the career of my player goes and some of the friends I’ve meet in this class as well and I wish everyone luck in the seeking of their goals, whether it being obtaining Ultimus glory or personal record, you do you and be the best you that you can be.

![[Image: 4mEDvEW.png]](https://i.imgur.com/4mEDvEW.png)
