What are they supposed to do, as in job description? Are they supposed to reach out to new signups?

Mostly just assist new people if they need help, and they should be the people to contact when you have a question about the league.

I just don't know how else we can advertise it. It can be mentioned in the PM new users receive, maybe.

Yea that might be a good way. I just know that doing my GM duties I try to create good relationships with the new guys, and a lot of them struggle with what to do. So I offer as much help as I can. I think a lot of them are scared to ask for help. Don't really know how to fix that though
