You may know me from my now world-famous workout system P90X or if you’re a football fan, my recent documentary “Tony Horton Hears a Who Dat”, the story of how I turned Drew Brees from a West Coast wimp into the Big Easy Baller. But regardless of how you have heard of me, because I know you have heard of me, I'm not here to talk to you about any of my previous work. No, today I'm here to talk to you about my new fitness system called Reloaded. Many of you probably know about my time spent last year working out with NFL running back and China food coneisseur Eddie Lacy. Yes, we did help him get his weight down so he could make the team, but his performance on the field just hasn't been the same.
So, this year I decided to build on our success with Eddie to develop a new fitness program and use it to take on one of my biggest challenges ever. Micah Hendrix was an offensive lineman playing in the NSFL last season. If you've never watched a professional football game before, just know that offensive linemen are some of the biggest boys on the field. I'm talking 350 pounds of man out there, it's unbelievable. Hendrix came to me because he needed to lose weight and get into shape fast, really fast. With the new NSFL rules around linemen he knew he had to move to a new position to protect his future. And so, he planned to move to the linebacker position. As a linebacker, you have to be able to react and lock onto your target quickly and then strike. At 350 pounds this was never going to happen for Micah. I couldn't teach him how to be a good linebacker but I could sure make him lighter, faster and more agile. So, working together with Big Mike we put together a revolutionary plan that combines fitness and nutrition using our brand new patented hyper cycling fitness-fasting circuit system. Through this method, we were able to perform one of the most dramatic transformations I have ever seen in my experience and get Micah the body he wanted. I mean seriously just look at these results, I hardly recognize the guy anymore!
