I'm with Babs. For a player that doesn't have time/ability/motivation/whatever to write the full 400 words then posting in the thread should be counted as participation TPE. There's no need to be stingy about 1 TPE especially when the post heavily implied that all you had to do was post for 1 extra tep. It's frankly worrisome to see so many people saying some variation of "you should have known better" when obviously the post should have made it known clearly. The users are not all-knowing.

I think the thing is, it doesn't say, hey post here for 1 TPE. This is a prompt, not a check in. 'this should mean that a simple post in the thread that does not reach 100 words would get you the participation TPE right', the framing on this makes it look like they think they actually did some work for the prompt, but instead it just says 'haha lmao gib 1 tpe plz'.

Even writing something like 'I`m thankful for a place I can be 'semi active'' would be enough, but there was literally 0 initiative to even try the prompt.
