imo the returning demands are also unreasonable, seeing as Dermot 2 will enter the NSFL with most likely less than 80 speed.

Yep this is where I'm at. Dermo needs to be mentally prepare himself to bounce between rebuilding teams for a few seasons since they are the only ones that will be willing to start him at CB and PR with where he's at right now. Rebuilding teams will have a lot of money too. But will rebuilding teams be willing to draft a guy that will leave in 1-2 seasons. Probably not.

This 100%. His current build is going to be very prohibitive. Speed at 70, agility at 71. It might give him good CB stats in the DSFL, but that's not a team friendly build.
