Blaster Blade, a season two prospect. He should be on this list. Here are the reasons why.

He was a top 5 DE, who was snubbed of the Pro Bowl. Hes performing like he is a season ONE player when he's set to join the season two draft. That's crazy. Hes on an elite level when he hasn't even been here as long as the other guys. That's enough for him to be on this list.

His stat line is extremely impressive, third in tackles, one of the top two players in TFL, crushes the players and POPS that ball from the player with two forced fumbles and seven sacks. Hes just on another LEVEL.

And the last reason is, he forced a sack... on Angus Winchester. Now some of you are like "cool" but this is no small feat. No OTHER Defensive End in the league has beat Angus Winchester because of the sheer power of Angus. He has not allowed a single sack in the regular season... until the playoffs came and the Otters faced off against the Outlaws. Blade was lined up against Angus and he finally beat Angus for a sack on the interception machine, Mike Boss.

Why should Kicksit, kicker for the Colorado Yeti, be in the top 50 NSFL S1 players?

Because kickers are people too! Kicksit may not be far and away the best kicker in the league, but an argument can certainly be made that he is indeed the best kicker in the league. Turkleton just barely beat out Kicksit for total field goal percentage, 87.5% compared to Kicksit's 87%. But this doesn't tell the whole story. Kicksit didn't have a single field goal attempt from within 20 yards all season long. In fact, over half of all his attempts came in the 40 - 49 yard range, where his accuracy was about 83%, tied for the best in the league at the 40 - 49 yard range. Kicksit has also been known for his clutch kicks this season with the Yeti, helping them win several games.

When a player has a solid argument for being the best in the league at his position, why shouldn't he be included in the NSFL's top 50 players list? Leaving out the best (or best two) kickers in the league, especially in such a relatively small league, is a disservice to them and is frankly quite dishonest. #KickersArePeopleToo

Most people don't expect a third round selection to be competing, directly, with the first overall pick for best in the league. Defensive tackle JJ Reigns went first overall, to nobody's great surprise. However, little known Mark Ramrio was selected by the Yellowknife Wraiths and proceeded to exceed all expectations. He started all 14 games at the defensive tackle position posting 57 tackles, with one of those tackles being a tackle for loss. He forced 1 fumble, which is very solid from the defensive tackle position. He also managed to get his fat ass up through the middle and block a punt, an impressive feat for a big man! But the number that sets him apart from most of the players in this league is 14. 14 quarterback sacks, tied for tops amongst defensive tackles. Ramrio's season has him easily amongst the top-50 players and debate-ably the number one Defensive Tackle league wide! The only person who comes close, JJ Reigns, had 46 tackles, 4 tackles for loss and 14 sacks. So Ramrio had 11 more tackles, 3 less tackles for loss, 1 forced fumble and 1 blocked punt on him. I think it's pretty obvious where my vote would be headed.

Gregor is for sure within the top 50 players. For one, he is a media magnet. His recent article " Gregor Clegane Pulls the John Elway Card" is now the most viewed single piece of media on this network, over several more enlightening and eyebrow raising pieces of advice. The second reason Gregor Clegane is one of the top 50 players, because of the intense eyes upon him as the season two draft approaches the National Simulation Football League. Gregor is a rumored holdout of the entire corrupt process, as he will be playing for the Otters in the second season of the league.
The final reason Gregor makes the list of top players in this league is because of his position, as one of the anchoring offensive lineman most desired in this league. The running games seems to run on the strength of the team's offensive run blocking, and Gregor has been a vital part of the most dominant unit in the National Simulation Football League's history of dominate offensive linemen. Time will tell if the populace's distain for anti hero media fallout will hurt Gregor's chances at the top 50 list, but a source close to the played has offered a taste of Gregor's distaste for the media circus which follows.

Isaiah Rashad has a nose for the ball. He plays corner back for the Arizona Outlaws and has single handedly won them several games in season 1. Perhaps the most memorable game was his contributions to Mike Boss’ six interception game, where Isaiah Rashad himself was able to catch three of them. Rashad’s game is a bit of an anomaly when you look at his measurables. He isn’t the fastest guy in the league nor does he have the best hands for the league but somehow he can help but bring in interceptions at a rate significantly higher than his peers.

Season 2 will be an interesting one for Rashad and his fans. Are his interception numbers going to regress or is he going to continue to make plays that quite frankly, he has no business making? If Rashad has shown us one thing it’s that you don’t have to be the fastest, strongest, smartest, or most talented player at your position to make a huge impact in this league and compete at a high level. You can even be considered one of the very best at your position. If that’s not enough to make Isaiah Rashad a top 50 player in the NSFL I don’t know what is.

I don’t know if Hayden will actually be among the top 50 players in the league, and I’m not a huge fan of promoting my own player. However, I think he probably should be, but I don’t know how the voting will go. I’m sure some positions will get more attention than others. Let’s take a look at the numbers, to see how he stacks up against other defensive backs. Hayden had 63 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 1 forced fumble, 4 interceptions, and 18 passes deflected. The two that matter most when judging defensive backs are probably interceptions and passes deflected. There were only two players in the league with more than 4 interceptions this season, but there were also 6 others that had 4, so while 4 is good, it isn’t much to set him apart. Passes deflected is better, only 1 player had more than 18, and only 1 player other than Hayden had 18. These two things put him among probably the top 3 defensive backs this season. Things like tackles for loss and forced fumbles a bonus, and could slightly influence how DBs are ranked. Ultimately, I think it comes down to how defensive backs will be rated by the people voting. My guess would be Hayden might fall somewhere between 30 and 50.

Bubba Nuck should without a doubt be included in the top 50. He had a historic season to lead off his campaign, rushing for over 1200 yards, helping the Wraiths make the playoffs. He only managed to pound the endzone 6 times but many scoring drives were put on his shoulders. He excelled at pushing the ball down the field, averaging 4.4 yards per carry. Being that I was in the locker room with him, I can say that his presence in that locker room was a huge part of the teams success. I’m glad I was on defense, getting a front row seat to the show he put on on the turf every weekend. It was fun playing with Bubba this season. If we so happen to part ways this offseason due to me being drafted elsewhere, it will be interesting to see how exactly things go when he lines up against me. I feel like I’m the best counter part to a player as good as Nuck. Great season Bubba Nuck! You’re certainly top 50 material if not top five. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for the Wraiths and Bubba! Good luck to all of you!

It may not be popular opinion by Mayran Jackson should be in the Top 50 player of Season 1. His numbers don't show that he is out there intercepting quarterbacks and piling up tackles but one thing is for sure. Quarterbacks are scared to throw in his direction and therefore they force throws in other areas. Jackson doesn't have a single interception on the year but because quarterbacks have been watching his college tape, they seem to be avoiding his area of the field. Jackson is a great safety and a middle of the field ballhawk. His playmaking skills and ability to run back returns make him a nightmare if a throw goes off line. His breaking on the ball scares quarterbacks and gives them nightmares before games. Teamed with his buddy Ryan Flock, Jackson and him are able to read offensives like a book and react right before snap. Mayran Jackson isn't going to be a popular choice for the Top 50 but he is one of the most dedicated players in the league at his craft. His safety skills and quite frankly his motor, are always finely tuned and running in high gear. Look for Mayran to be there every year.
