Fix the RB at WR trick/exploit

Not very simple though. We have 5 offensive formations. If we deem it that you can only play OOP in 20% then that's one of the 5 formations, right? Not so fast. If you run the spread playbook (for example) you're actually not even using one or two of the formation at all on the field, so what looks like 20% at first blush is actually closer to 33%.

My proposal is that if you want to line up at WR full-time you need to be listed as a WR in the sim. If you want to line up at TE full time you need to be listed as a TE. If you want to flex between positions you need to be listed as a fullback. This has shown in my tests to have no negative or positive effect on efficiency or volume at any position.

I'm happy to throw my support behind this.
