My proposal is that if you want to line up at WR full-time you need to be listed as a WR in the sim. If you want to line up at TE full time you need to be listed as a TE. If you want to flex between positions you need to be listed as a fullback. This has shown in my tests to have no negative or positive effect on efficiency or volume at any position.
I'm happy to throw my support behind this.
