Hiring new updater

The system is what it is. I for one agree with @Kendrick because I've seen where other systems work a hell lot better. Updating in SHL was the worst job I've ever done from a time to incentive ratio and I am a commissioner in a successful league lol

In SBA we've almost never had issues hiring updaters, there's usually guys on a waitlist for the job because of the TPE incentive.

Then again I've never been a fan of the money system in the first place.

Not even the SHL members I've talked to are a fan of it. However, its the only system they are used to so they don't want to change. Something tells me thats the case here with the guys in charge. That's not an insult, just something I've noticed because the guys running this have all had high jobs in the SHL at some point in time.
