Yeah I can get on board with something similar to this. We'd have to calculate what the new cap should be though, because the current cap is definitely too low if we want to implement something like this

I guess as the co-GM, i'm technically only 50% of 1/13 of the votes. As for a new cap, as long as teams are fielding top tier OL bots, the cap is probably in a reasonable alignment. Plus, doesn't NOLA have bags of cash laying around to throw at FAs?
