With two career games since being drafted, there haven’t been a whole lot of opportunities to spend TPE in a way I’d regret. Obviously, in the DSFL, it was extremely tempting to go mobile, max agility, and just be a nightmare for clumsy defenders to try to sack. It would have been so much fun to do. I wouldn’t even care about scrambling with him for yards. I’d just enjoy watching him dance in behind the line all day like Ethan Hunt used to back in Season Two and Season Three before connecting with a receiver who, based on his dot’s movement, spent half the play taking a nap before waking up and catching the pass. As far as Fitzy’s current build, I guess I worry about putting the extra TPE into strength. It’s only at 54 now, but that’s higher than his speed and his endurance, both of which would help. The idea is that he would be too strong for defensive backs to bring him down, but wouldn’t speed help him put distance between them? Wouldn’t endurance allow him to keep what strength he had? Or, more importantly, wouldn’t endurance ensure that his arm wasn’t jello by the time he finally got around to throwing the damn ball?
