"My workout routine isn't much different from others, I just work on chest, triceps, shoulders, back, biceps, legs, and core every day. I usually bench press 3 plates, usually go up to 30 reps, and do 3 sets of that for my chest, some 100 tricep dips for my triceps, shoulder press with weights and bars 100 times for shoulders, 100 pullups and chinups for my back, EVERYTHING IMAGINABLE for my sweet sweet biceps, and normal workouts, like planks, pushups, crunches, situps, etc. for my core. For my legs I play a game of Cops and Robbers in an abandoned facility with my trainers to get them shaped up and to also work a good deal on my cardio. It's usually really dark so you get a huge adrenaline pump from running from the cops so you don't lose. Oh, and squats for my legs and glutes. It really gets the muscles working."
