bittersweet about #1 not passing. On one hand, god damn I wouldn't have to slave over PTs in order to play catch up, but on the other hand it'd add diversity to each draft class and prevent a couple of individuals dominating every class they ended up at.

I get what you mean, but you'd have to hit 1k TPE just to break even, so some folks wouldn't benefit at all.
