I've been transparent enough with my own issues for you know I can relate. I'm sorry things have gone so rough. For what it's worth, I think you did a great job as commish. It's a difficult role and the person on top often gets a lot of heat, but that's just the way things are, I guess. I know you've been looking to move on for a while and that sounds like the right move for you, but I want you to know that we appreciate the work you've put in and the impact you've had on the league.
Even if not everyone agrees with yesterday's decision (and they have every right o disagree with any decision), I don't think one ruling should define your term as commish. You gave it your best and, at the end of the day, that's all we can really ask of you.
