How comfortable are you making and maintaining a draft board? Are you comfortable scouting and talking to prospective NSFL players over the course of the season in preparation for the upcoming draft?

I once drafted both the highest and second highest TPE players in a single draft class.... the former with a second round pick

What do you feel makes an NSFL team successful? And what would you do as GM to ensure that Arizona becomes a success under your watch?

Winning playoff games would equal success to me. As a GM, I’d try to be successful for the first time

Without knowing inside info on the team, what do you feel Arizona needs to do going forward? And what would you change?

Win games. I would take the games we lose and make us win them
Also if someone is max TPE and falls to the second round don’t draft them

If you are not chosen for the head GM role, would you want to be considered for co-GM? (The GM selected will name their new co-GM and have access to all of the interviews.)
