In conclusion, I just want to be the first to officially announce my vote of no confidence in the current regime that occupies HO. Changes are needed and it is my hope that we don’t lose anymore users that love this league for the sake of the power that some wish so desperately to hold on to.

Fuck it, count me in too. HO needs to be reigned in, seriously. They have no interaction with the league beyond carefully curated newsletters, punishments and the rules thread. I don't care what you do behind the scenes, you are going to strangle this league to death on it's current path.

I'm completely onboard with this. Everyone shouldn't have to question leadership for every little decision. I think there needs to be change done to HO and major ones at that

I know I am pretty late to this, I was busy with work and real life, but I will have to agree here. But here is the thing. Even if we have changes to HO, who will be the one to approve the new members? Because that is the only major change that can happen. And really, who will take up the commissioner job? @gucci has a proposal for this, but again, who will want to do it? And who is going to determine HOW the new HO members will be selected. Because that's what it comes down to. And honestly, if I were a new member stumbling across this thread, I would bounce. Hell, I am a seasoned vet after 27 months, 16 seasons, and two players in this league, and peacing out after my second career is over, just to avoid this craziness is a very possibility in my mind. And to think I went on and wrote a whole article, trying to own it up to my past mistakes, and really acting upon it, when there are people that apologize for past actions, but proceed to do things without thinking them through, again, is like a slap to my face. It feels like just because I had a troublesome past, without holding a position of power, I will forever be a pariah, while people hold positions of power, fuck up and remain there, because people decided to give them a second chance. The thing is, everyone should have the same amount of extra chances. If anyone wants to keep the discussion about this going, just hit my DMs. Enough with the drama you punks! Start trying to fix the toxic sewer the league is descending to. For fucks' sake! Make the league enjoyable again! And to hell with the nicely curated newsletters. I really want to see EVERY HO member in the public servers. I went through the WHOLE 24 pages of this. Not one post from the ISFL Commissioner. NOT A SINGLE ONE!
