I think a lot of it comes down to WHEN TEs were drafted. Last season, I drafted Maddox in like the third round because he was far and away the best receiving TE. Unfortunately, for TE, that meant close to nothing, so a shitty TE drafted later on put up almost the same numbers.
That said, Gibson led ALL TEs in TDs despite the 11 game season.
