The people saying the team is being unfairly punished is ridiculous though.

This takes my suggestion a bit out of context, though, as I wanted the PLAYER punished more harshly.

@RavensFanFromOntario, I know what you are referring to, but the TPE cost per upgrade outweighs the impact increase.
